I am sitting here once again in the parking lot, waiting for my drive-thru order. If you visit this McDonald's, be prepared to wait 7-10 minutes for a 1-person order with it being cold when they finally make it out to you. I will be going to the Illinois St. McDonald's from now on. I am vowing to never visit this place again and will share that with all my friends. Also, there are 8 cars in the lot with me right now, waiting for their food.

It's Tuesday, April 2nd and we pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:47pm. When we attempted to order, they rudely informed us that they were "closed" although their hours on the door and online say they close at 11pm. Disappointing that there is conflicting information and the staff doesn't communicate professionally.

Very bad service, the employees are very rude and they gave me all the food cold ???? to make matters worse my order did not appear

Got a milkshake and chicken nuggets. They barely blended my shake, whatever it’s McDonald’s, not expecting a 5 star meal I guess. But when they handed me my shake they said “have a nice day”, and shut the window. I hadn’t gotten my food yet, figured it was still coming, and waited there. The lady opened the window again and mumbled something I couldn’t hear, I said, what? And she just stared at me. Another employee, a man, came over and once again mumbled something, I caught the word “order” and nothing else. I once again said, “what??” And the guy went like ??‍♂️ which honestly I thought was super rude. Finally he said loud enough to be heard over the noise of the restaurant what my order was, I told him, and finally got my food. But I did not appreciate the attitude! Definitely worth making the drive to 116th or Thatcher Lane location next time instead :/

What's the point of ordering in advance if they have you park and wait for the food? I don't have time for you all to manipulate your numbers.Edit: I had to go back inside because they did not provide needed utensils with food. Another reason why sending a drive-through customer to a parking spot is stupid.

Send people directly to the drive thru spots when all they order is a Coke… like why do you send customers straight to the over flow spots when there are no lines in the drive thru?

I want to like this store, however I have yet to recieve a correct drive thru order... and trying to call the store to let them know... no one answers the phone... so here I sit begrudgingly eating a big Mac that has no lettuce on it, swearing never again...... highly disappointed. Especially when I purchased 2 and they both were wrong..
