This place is either mismanaged, terrible training, or all new hires. I accidentally ordered at this location for a drive thru pickup instead of the one near my home I have always had better luck at. I went through and was told I have to wait at a parking spot. I have now been sitting here for almost 15 minutes for my food and more people have had to park next to me than people actually receiving food at the window. There aren’t enough places for people to park to wait for food they have to park at curbside pickup. Any other location I frequent has my food ready within minutes. This is rediculous.

Completely automated service via kiosks, one of which was out-of-service. Took us 5-10 minutes to complete an order that would have taken 2 minutes or less to place with a cashier.It didn’t appear that the dining area is given much attention. There were fries on the floor under our table and a big wet spot on the surface. We wanted to clean up when we sat down but there are no napkins, or any kind of supplies, readily available. Apparently, robots can’t sweep the floor or wipe tables (yet).Give me McDonald’s of old where actual people served us! The food was ok (burger was better than the fries) but, regardless, this will be our last visit to this McDonald’s. Too high tech for me/us, lacking almost all human touches.Parking: Ample, convenient parking.

Such a weird vibe. We got a table number, order number, and a table stand with a number. Makes no sense. It was made to feel upscale, but now there's no play place for the kids. Food was decent and freshly made. Service was good. But to get more napkins you have to go back to wait for and interact with staff, which no thanks.

This used to be my go-to Mcdonald’s, not anymore!! 3 separate occasions since the remodel I have ordered a double cheeseburger only ketchup, and every time i got a burger with the right sticker, but also onions. The final straw was the last time I went with my family, per usual my sandwich was wrong (after having to park for our order), and my moms filet o fish that she ordered, turned out to be a mcchicken patty instead of fish. Not sure how that gets mixed up scene as how they’re two very different patties, and it was in a filet o fish box. Will not be returning, ever.

Today I am outraged n sadden by this astonishment... over charged n when it was brought to their attention; they didn't reimburse me... so today, they lost a loyal customer; considering I go to that location a few times a week...
