Staff all would rather be somewhere else. You will wait for someone to take your order at the register. Franchisee saving money by cutting payroll hours. Surly sad crew tells me that this is a miserable place to work. Food was meh. Fries ice cold.

My husband went to get us lunch at the McDonald’s today and our sandwich’s were the worse ever. Very sloppy work and forgot got French fries. The meat tasted burnt and most of the onion and lettuce was not on the sandwich. I took it out of the box to put it together. The last few times was not McDonalds quality but I do love the diet cokes. I had to write this because this is the closest McDonalds but I will start going to another now. No French fries! ?

Although I dined in and the most employee contact I had was when the young woman brought our food to the table, it was very pleasant. The establishment was clean and food was exactly as ordered even though they forgot my sauce..ha ha I was too busy to request as I noticed they were on top of bringing sauces and anything else to other patrons that may have been missed.

SO disappointed with my delivery this evening. Cold fries. My chicken sandwich was DROWNING in sauce to the point that the breading was soggy, making it completely inedible. I paid for additional chicken nugget sauces and not only didn’t get those but didn’t even get the ones I chose for my daughter’s meal. And my soda was so watered down it was virtually brown water. The worst service I have ever received from a Carmel fast food location. Ever. Oh, and I tipped…for that.
