Proficient. Took order and served it. Took longer to figure out which side of restaurant to sit on.

Food was your normal panda express. The lady who helped me had a blind stare and no motivation to be there. I know they skimp at all panda express' but this one gave me 1 piece of beef and 6 large broccoli, I will also add that they didn't just randomly scoop it, the lady picked out exactly what she gave me, 1 beef and 6 broccoli. The teriyaki they cut up a slice and decided to put back 1/3 of the chicken/pigeon back. Was pretty upset also with the fact that their drinks were watered down and was only given 1 teriyaki sauce. Don't go here. The one in westfield is better.

The food is okay. But they're a little stingy with the protein portions for what you're paying. Guess I'll be going to the Ma and Pa Asian restaurants instead..

2 of us dined in for lunch on 1 check yet 1 meal was packed to go and the other for dine in? Typical PE food quality, the beef and broccoli was loaded with big pieces of broccoli (and no knives available).

I like the food especially the honey walnut shrimp.
Food is very reliable and service is cordial and fast. I was disappointed that the Carmel location doesn't yet carry the tofu and string bean chicken entre dish. I tried it at an Elkhart,Indiana Panda Express and, much to my delight, it was wonderful! Same crispy beans and the tofu was shaped and seasoned just like chicken in the original recipe. Hoping the tofu version of the chicken and string beans will make it to the full menu soon!!

Stopped in to grab a takeout after travelling, otherwise I never really go to Panda Express. The carryout experience wasn't great though. The staff were busy filling online orders and didn't acknowledge people waiting in line to order. When I was finally helped, the food was put into the carryout trays and set on the counter for the next employee to ring up, but this took another 4 minutes since I was ignored as online orders were filled. My impression was that I would have been better served if I just placed an online order in my car outside the restaurant. Inside they hadn't cleaned the tables, one of which someone had spilled rice/food all over. Maybe they were just understaffed or this was after the dinner rush. However, although the food was decent, it was not remarkable and not worth the poor service.

They load you up with cheap rice and noodles, but are very very stingy with the good stuff. And even the beef or chicken dishes are more carrots and other vegetables than what should be the main attraction. Someone in executive management should be a little less focused on cost of goods and more focused on serving a quality meal.FEIFEI isn’t very very professional with costumer service. I got a premium item which cost $1.25 and they only gave me 3 pieces of shrimp for that broccoli beef they only gaved me very very little of beef which is that best part!!! And the huge huge big of broccoli that tastes like is wasn’t cook!!!
