I have historically been a satisfied customer of this Panera location, however my last two experiences have been less than satisfactory. Food has been sloppily made and ingredients incorrect- received a tuna sandwich that was a lump of tuna on bread without the tomato or lettuce and then the next tuna sandwich was again a lump of tuna with overflowing lettuce. My last two Greek salads have been incorrect with cucumbers, shredded banana peppers, and chicken added in, and missing tomatoes. I hope whatever issues are going on can be corrected!

Worst service I have ever received. Cashier got my food order wrong, the staff was very rude. I ordered a full chipotle chicken and only received half. Communication was terrible. The manager needs to re train their employees on customer service, as this establishment is extremely lacking in that regard. Never coming here again.

Staff was RUDE and EXTREMELY slow. When contacting the store manager she was apologetic and was going to correct the situation but didn't end up doing so. Never had this kind of experience at a Panera but was VERY disappointed.

Poor checking at the pick up counter. Manager didn’t apologize even once for missing the item. Not sure who trained him. Clearly was told only to return the money and that would solve any inconveniences related to getting an incomplete order.

Panera bread always hits the spot. Tomato basil broccoli cheddar soup are both delicious! They could cut down on the salt a bit but every restaurant goes a little too much on the salt.

i love panera!!!! the food is good and the staff are friendly. the unlimited sip club is really nice. it’s fast and mostly healthy which is a plus. not that busy, only problem is that they only keep one kiosk open most of the time which gets bad when there are several people waiting

This place served us really bad soup. Both my girlfriend and I are sick just 15 mins after leaving and ordered the same broccoli cheddar soup. Horrible standard at this Panera!
