Multiple hairs baked into my pizza, it was obvious there was no care when making the pizza. Had to throw the pizza out without eating anything. Not getting anything there again.

My husband went to pickup a few pizza for dinner since we have had a hectic week. He ordered online and asked for our pizza to be well done because sometimes it can be a little soggy. When he got back home we called to complain about the pizza being burnt. The manager offered to refund me 50% because my husband asked for it well done. I explained that it's not ok to serve burnt pizza.

THE WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER!!!... I worked at and managed a papa johns in Pendleton for 4 years and this place is HORRIBLE!... They CANNOT get a single order right. ALL of their pizzas are DANGEROUSLY undercooked. Please be advised that you are risking your health if you order from this location!!! Also, they purposely outsource EVERYTHING so if you have a problem and need customer service, you will NEVER get it unless you drive there in person. This place is a disgrace. My total tonight was almost $50 for 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks! Not only were they 45 minutes late, which I told them "that is fine just make sure the pizza is well done" but even through my patience and understanding they could not deliver on the most basic of tasks.. Making 1 correct order... The sad part is this isn't the first time they have done this or I would not be so upset but this is literally the third time in a row. I am disgusted with the OWNERSHIP and MANAGEMENT of this location. This place is literally less than 1 out of 10. DO NOT EVER ORDER HERE!! PLEASE ORDER FROM DOMINOES OR GET A FROZEN PIZZA!!!

Delivery drivers don't even knock anymore? I placed an order online for delivery and included an almost 30% tip in my online payment. I got an email that stated my estimated delivery time was 41 minutes later, which would have place my pizza's ETA at 10:22 pm. Around 10:15 I decided I should let my dog out to pee before the pizza man got here to avoid any excitement triggered accidents. Well, I opened the door to let my dog out, and my pizza was just sitting there on the front porch. I pulled it in to realize it was barely above room temperature. It had been out there for some time. Now, my dog is a German Shepherd, he is protective of our home. If I bang a spoon on the side of a pot, he will run to the front window barking until he realizes it was not a knock at the door. Every knock and doorbell ring is magnified by his barking. A pizza arriving quietly on my doorstep is impossible without a knock or ring of the doorbell. Whomever delivered my pizza made no effort whatsoever to let me know my food had arrived. And to add insult to injury, one of the two toppings I had ordered, only covered ¼ of my pizza. If I could withdraw, or alter the percentage of my tip, I would, and that's saying a lot coming from a tipped employee myself. Shame on y'all.

Don't know what's up with the bad reviews.I rarely do takeout chain pizza but was in the mood last weekend. Food was ready on time, hot and tasty, and I got exactly as I ordered. The crew seemed to be appropriately staffed, place was clean. Don't know what to expect but next time I want this style of pizza, I'd order from this location again.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter. The 2 liter wasn’t delivered. No big deal - it happens. Called in to let them know. Was placed on hold for 7 minutes so decided to call back. When I called back - 10 times mind you - the call was picked up and put directly on hold with not so much as a hello for a greeting, I finally called back and punched in the number to “order” and a nice young lady answered named Laylay and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said yes. I was patched through to a manager named Theresa who was rude and dismissive and made the excuse of they were busy with customers that were in the store. I explained to her that I understood situations like that, and if someone had just picked up and apologized, explained, and most importantly asked if I would like to continue to hold or receive a call back - that would have been acceptable. But to not even say a word and be put on hold immediately after having waited that many times? I asked her what she was planning on doing in the future to remedy that situation that likely happens often and she got aggressive and rude saying do you want a refund or do you want us to bring the 2 liter? She was clear she was not open to a discussion. So I said please bring it. We live .5 miles from the store and it took another hour. Then I wrote on the Papa John’s Facebook page. They asked me to message them. I did and they said they would let the manager at the local store know. I said that manager was the problem. And they said that the store manager is the highest level of management to handle these kinds of complaints. Insane! Then I decided to the the 877 number for Papa John’s and did seem to get a little more traction there. They said they were escalating above that level and I should hear back in 24-48 hours. The person I spoke to at the 877 number was wonderful. That’s what I had expected from the store level. I just want to see them implement better service and training. I cannot recommend this store to anyone. I should have looked at their online reviews first before ordering. Very telling and revealing. Apparently, service at this store has been a mess spanning back years. Sad they can’t seem to implement change and good customer service.

Results may vary from one minute to the next... my go-to is cheesesticks, which are typically great!However, make sure you "remind" them to include any extras, as those are almost always excluded bcuz their staff is either not familiar w/the menu or is just plain lazy... not exaggerating, the order is frequently wrong/incomplete, but the food is good when you get it.

I absolutely LOVE the food. There is a PJs a lot closer to me but their food is gross and undercooked so I drive all the way to this one. However, their customer service is HORRIBLE. The 2 girls that are usually at the registers are always on their phones, they never greet you or ask how to help you, they always have a stank look on their faces, they point when questions are asked instead of speaking and sooooo much more. They just looked annoyed to even be there. It's a huge turn off and I'm always wishing it'll be someone else who helps me when I go in.

Let me start by saying. Worst pizza place in Carmel. I highly suggest you go anywhere else! The staff is very rude. Even the manager just makes excuses and take no accountability and can’t handle criticism without losing her temper. The deliver driver was an African American man and he was over the top rude. stopping and turning as though he wanted to cause physical violence because had a complaint. I fear for the safety of my fellow Carmel residents with the kind of people this locations hires. I implore you to not risk your life. Go anywhere else if you want hot pizza in a safe and friendly transaction.

Incomplete delivery order...been on hold with store for 45 minutes. Customer service chat app doesn't actually work on mobile. Finally reached customer service through desktop browser and they told me to reach out to the store manager, nothing else they can do.
