Food was good but the order was wrong. Instead of immediately fixing it, the manager thought it better to argue with me. He did correct it but arguing with customers when you're in the wrong is not a great way to retain business. Might explain why there were open tables on a Friday night.

Curds were way over fried and crunchy hard, grilled cheese made on too hot a surface - burnt taste and inedible, fry seasoning is sweet - not our thing, burger was good, chilli macncheese was ok.

Stick to getting a burger! I got the wrap and it was bad. Almost like someone threw the ingredients and half wrapped the wrap! How do you mess up rolling a wrap?

Sad that I paid for a gourmet burger and got this mess. The bun soggy from grease, tomato not ripe, egg overdone, and bacon too salty. Tater tots on a burger that was way too big to bite into. Sweet potato fries that were cold. The waitress said that the kitchen was busy. There were about 15 people in the place, not that busy. She was nice and removed a little off our bill, but I won't be going back for the food.

Cannot believe this place is in business! Should’ve had a clue when we saw only one table with someone at it. We ordered the sliders, my wife got the fries that came with it and I upgraded to the onion rings based on the photo of them and the description saying they were beer battered. The pictures shows beer battered, the description says beer battered they we NOT beer batt, they had a panko type coating. I’d rate the burgers as average at best. My wife said her fries were good. When our food was delivered we had no silverware or napkins. Upon request our waiter brought napkins. Never got silverware. This prices were on par with other local burger joints and maybe a little higher than some. However, the quality just wasn’t there. The waiter was friendly as was the gentleman that seated us. We consider this visit a lesson learned.

Not sure how this place stays in business.. Very slow service as they’re way understaffed. Mediocre food at best that’s overpriced… Fries finally came after I was just about done with my burger. Waiter was trying hard and did a good enough job considering the circumstances but also dropped an F bomb and came off tacky and unprofessional. Go somewhere else…

Terrible service! We waited 45 minutes for food and ate in 10 minutes. But it took another 10 minutes to find a server for the check. Probably should have dined and dashed for that service. We were the only folks in the place as well so not sure why it took that long to make a burger. Food is great but go to the Carmel location instead of this one.

Been meaning to try this one for a while. Service was slow. Got order reversed when it did come. Fries were good, burgers not up to the competion in this area, Atmosphere was spartan. Price for two mediocre burgers and a beer was about $45.

Myself and my wife don't go to that part of town regularly but a trip to the local Subaru dealership led us Prodigy Burger. Our sever Carey M was courteous and attentive to our needs. The burgers where awesome and the bacon was off the charts !!! Like I said we normally don't go to that part of town to eat but for Prodigy Burger we will make the trip again and hopefully Carey will be our server!

Food was great, very good, , Service? Not so great, Restaurant was ? busy and our server was not attentive, we spent more time waiting than eating. They were also out of their larger burgers and only had the 2 oz ones, That is what's normally called a Slider ? a Burger. Shrimp were tasty but I personally wouldn't call a scattering of shaved cabbage "Asian Slaw"..

Service was alright, the food on the other hand was terrible!! Worst $40 I think I've ever spent. Burger had 0 flavor, tasted like a frozen box burger. The server compared there burgers too Culver's or Steak 'n Shake, would rather have went there and spent a lot less and enjoyed the food. Nachos were suppose too be homemade that's what the description said, putting a ton of seasoning on them doesn't count for making the tortilla chips. Not that it matters but when you say that that's what I expect. Will not be coming back waste of money.

Went on a Sunday night with out of town guests, almost empty, should have taken the hint. Got the special Boo burger, no blue cheese & more sauce than meat. Great waitress took off the bill. paid $10 for adult shake that took forever so it was liquid by the time I got it, with VERY little alcohol. The check suggested 20% tip was actually 30%! Will not go back!

I had written a four-star review last month and came back. The burgers that we had were pretty good last time but we went for fish and chips tonight and something bad has happened to the fries at this establishment. Service was actually better tonight than when we were there before but it doesn't make up for the food. Still a surprisingly comfortable outdoor experience with a fire and sunset view tonight and there was not very much road noise which always surprises me when I eat out side near a highway like this.

Great Burger place. They have some crazy burgers here which kept me from visiting sooner assuming this would not be a good or affordable spot for the kids. But they have plenty of options and I was happy with the base price for a normal burger.Good location, fries were great, cheese curds were so-so.

The chicken was over cooked in both my husband’s meal and mine. The chicken was fried to almost burnt looking. The atmosphere did not feel great either. I’ve never been before this time but I am unlikely to return. There are many other great burger options around the area.
