We use this location regularly. The last 2 times we have ordered carry out. Both times , I arrived right when I was told the food would be ready. Both times, the food did not even get prepped to cook until I arrived and gave my name. This latest time, I received a text that the food was ready, yet they had to ask what I ordered and then started making the order. I'm not sure if this is a system issue or an employee issue, but 2 times in a row is not a fluke.

Stupidest employee award goes to all of them. Food is usually good ( has potential to be good) but employees seem to be brain dead. Called 5 times to place an order. Was told they would put me on hold and hung up on me every time I called. As soon as my garlic bread came out of the oven she dropped half of it on the floor. So they just gave me half of the order while I paid full price. I stopped ordering from them a couple of years ago when all pizzas were burnt on the bottom. Pizza was cooked right this time but throwing half of the garlic bread order on the floor was not OK.

Really was hoping things turned around. Unfortunately, whoever is making the pizza crust and or cooking the pizza is not paying attention to the crust. The last 3 orders have resulted in: 2-dense chewy crust, and one undercooked crust. I'm trying to figure out how pizzas turn cold in under 5 minutes of departure. Box never opened, counter to kitchen, non-stop- cold! Bon Appétit

This is my go to local pizza place. I think their twice baked pizza dough is the best.. just wish they offered it for all pizzas instead of a select few specialty ones. I also highly recommend the breadsticks with their ranch sauce. The breadsticks usually taste freshly baked and the ranch must be homemade or something because it tastes better than any ranch I’ve ever had. Atmosphere could be better… I have only ordered ‘to go’, however, when I go to pick up I notice the dining room is often quiet and dark.

Puccini's is a great value. Their food is delicious, freshly prepared and priced reasonably. We have been to more expensive restaurants and the food nor service were as good.I recommend the rosemary cream chicken.

Puccini a does not disappoint. It's one of Indy's top pizza spots hands down. Big fan of the pepperoni bread, campfire pizza & sweet lil razorback pizza. Their homemade ranch should be the restaurant standard -- it's so good! The west clay location is so convenient if you live in west carmel.

I am back in Indy and wanted to make sure I ate at this pizza joint again. 8.95 for a small pizza. There’s plenty of pasta and pizza choices. I love their homemade blue cheese dressing. IT’s unique and they give you the crumbles. Even their side salads have lots on them. Waiters are quick and courteous. This time I had the humble pie pizza. Delicious! Medium thin crust. It was almost full house by 4:45. Enjoy!

First I must state that the whole family loves Puccini's. Just not this Puccini's. The restaurant is within a 5 minute walk so occasionally my 12 year old talks me into going instead of making a 10 minute drive to our original Puccini's at Meridian Village Plaza. Always a mistake. We each ordered iced tea, bread sticks, and a large Camp Fire Pizza. Our favorite with a certainty of leftovers. Immediately told they only had enough tea for one glass and she decided my son should have it. It was cloudy and probably quite old. (We saw the container later sitting on the floor in the back with flies buzzing around it. The bread sticks and Pizza were fine but not the quality of the prior mentioned restaurant. We were kept distracted by the numerous flies trying to land on our food since we were they only patrons sitting inside. (Take out seems to be more prevalent) Wish I could give it a thumbs up but not at this time.

We won’t order pizza from Puccini’s anymore. They have skimped on the toppings for the last time for us. For example; If you order a sausage/ pepperoni pizza, you literally get one piece of sausage and one piece of pepperoni on each slice. It was more of a cheese pizza. This happened to us 3-4 times… WE WON’T GO BACK!

What is going on with Puccini's? We've been loyal customers for many years. We were excited when the West Clay location opened since it was closer to our home. At first, the pizzas were excellent. But over time, the quality and standards diminished. The crust changed in texture and consistency. The amount of sauce and toppings lessened. When we dined in typically there was ONE waitress and ONE busser for the entire restaurant, both inside and out. This contributed to lengthy wait times for food.I saw a young staff member who was working behind the counter wipe her nose twice then not wash her hands. I spoke with the manager and suggested he give his employees a 'gentle reminder' to wash their hands. He said okay then went back to making pizzas. Although we've been dedicated customers for a long time, we've decided we've had enough and will take our business elsewhere.
