Literally never eating here again. What a cluster. I have been going to this location for over 15 years and it went from great to one of the worst run establishments I've ever seen in my life. Today we go to pick up takeout for dinner. As per usual, they were out of multiple core ingredients, like veggies and CHEESE of all things. So we go through ordering and get to the end, and all of a sudden, out of nowhere they find cheese randomly. However, they refused to remake the burritos we already paid for or add cheese to them. On top of this, as they were bagging up our order they put the burritos at the bottom of the bag and then the bowls on top of them, which proceeded to tip over and spill everywhere. They remade these, but they still wouldn't remake the cheese less burritos. Finally, when we get back, we open our food up and find this. A completely open sided burrito that spilled out everywhere. On top of that, the chicken was over charred, per usual, and they put way too much rice on it. How can the staff be so incompetent? The entire management team and staff either needs to be gutted or this place needs to just go out of business for good.

I come here often. To the point where they know me by name when I walk in. I wouldn't if it wasn't great. No issues with this place and I think the service has gotten better over the last year.

I had a chicken quesadilla and chips and salsa. It was super tasty! Lots of cheese! The gentleman that helped me was super friendly. They were cleaning up for the night right before a rush of people came in, and I didn't see any eyerolls or attitude. They got to it! I can appreciate that! I hadn't been there in a decade and heard a couple less than favorable things about this location but I'm here to report back...my visit went smooth and the food was great. They even let me sample the cilantro lime rice before deciding if I wanted a bowl or quesadilla. They were happy to make recommendations based on their favorites. They treated me like a human and not just like the next to-do.

The service and kindness of the staff here is absolutely unmatched. The assistant general manager is so kind and she treated us so well! Also — the best steak bowl I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend stopping here. :))
I got a Birria brisket bowl, and it was so good. I haven't been to Qdoba in a while, so I wasn't sure how much the menu had changed. The brisket was delicious. The staff was friendly. I have some food allergies, and unfortunately, they were not as knowledgeable asI would have liked regarding a couple of my questions and concerns. Overall, it's a good Qdoba.
Went foe dinner and the crew working was awesome, super nice and the food was great.

There was a period of time over the past few years where the service was horrible but over the past few months it has been great. My order is correct every time. They also know me now from my frequent orders and call me by name when I come in. Great service. The employees are always working hard now.

How can you be out of pico de gallo at 6:00 on a Saturday night? I wanted to cancel my order when they said they were out of it, but they had already put most of the burrito together. It was a bland burrito without onion or tomato.
