Because they were short staffed we had to ask to be taken care of. After that it was pretty smooth sailing. The steak Burger with A1 sauce was phenomenal! The endless sweet potato fries are also amazing. Our server was great once we got their attention that we were there.

Had a good experience at the Red Robin. I tried savory steakhouse burger and it came out amazing. We also had the southwest wrap and there is some magic to it. Fries are always great. Will certainly recommend to my friends

The service was average even though the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. My burger was correct, but everything was lukewarm. Our two sides were both messed up and orders of sauces were forgotten. The wrong items were fixed once we notified our server though. Overall, I’d say I prefer the Plainfield location to this one.

I really like Red Robin because the Mac and cheese is VERY good and the reason I rated it four stars is because there service is a little bit slow but other than that it's good and refills are free and you can also get refills of fries for free too.

Kevin is an amazing server, we always come in an hour before on Saturdays and he takes amazing care of us. The food is good, the drinks are good and most importantly the service is good!! If you are thinking of going out there and visiting don't be afraid of asking for him he is great

Our latest pick up was just mediocre. The burger was good, but my wife's fish and chips were not as good as previous visits. The fish was bland, and here gluten-free fries were soggy. We love Red Robin because they offer gluten-free items, and they're normally pretty good.

Had a wonderful time here for a dinner after Saturday Church. Food took a little bit to come out but was well worth the waitOur Waitress was wonderful and was also the bar tender. Do not remember her name but she had a rainbow shirt on as well as some rainbow buttons and ribbons I believe. Hopefully she can get a well deserved shout out :) we could tell she was understaffed but did everything she could to Continue giving us amazing service.

My wife and I recently ate here. She had a cheese With bottomless fries.I had a Vegetarian burger With bottomless broccoli. I know it sounds odd To have a vegetarian burger with broccoli. But it was delicious. The main thing About this red robin is the staff. They were engaging and happy. If you had any question at all they were right there to help you. Many times you heard them laughing with other customers .If anything I would go back just because the staff was so enjoyable. Give them a try!??
Omg! The food here was so unbelievably good! I never realized what I was missing. I can't wait to come back and try one of the other delectable meals. Super fast and friendly service. Milkshakes were delightful. Very highly recommend this restaurant if you want some good quality food

For a busy Sunday lunch the service was very good. This is my first visit in a few years and the menu changes are more focused, and that's great if you want a burger, not as great if you want something else. I ordered the BLTA which was on a croissant plus avocado. Wayyyyyy too much mayo for my taste, but the fries were excellent, and the rest of the lunch experience was good.

We have been to this restaurant several times but it's been a while due to low staffing and long waits when we tried to go. This time we were seated right away. It was not crowded. The bar was empty and I couldn't tell if there was a bartender working because there was no one behind the bar. It took a bit for our waitress to get our drink order. She brought our drinks and then took our appetizer order. She went to put our appetizer order in and then took awhile to come back and get our food order. Our appetizer came quickly and was tasty. We had the tower of onion rings with campfire mayo and we also ordered the bacon and cheese 'fondue' which was just ok. The campfire sauce was good though. I had the fish and chips with fries. It was good. Hubby had the smokehouse brisket burger and he said it was very good. My son had the royal burger and liked it. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.
