Hello Starbucks in caramel it breaks my heart to give you one star because one of your managers Ciara was not pleased about my Google review she had decided to call my cell phone which is not acceptable yesterday at 15:11 she tried to call me twice and when I picked up the phone she said hello Sebastian this is Kiara do you remember me I instantly hung up she was not pleased about my Google review like I said fortunately I did work at the Starbucks at a different location but unfortunately it didn't work out and I was mistreated by her very unprofessionally when I used to work there and from there on I could never go back to that old Starbucks store for a long time at least two years when I worked there she raised her voice a lot to me and I felt like she was yelling at me on top of that when I called her saying I want to quit the location she was very unprofessional and took me off the schedule when I was still in the process of trying to get my new job I pacifically told her I want to finished my already schedule shift and I told her I have bills to pay and she just took me off the schedule when I went to work how embarrassing that was for me and on top of that one of her coworkers her shift leader was gossiping that how much I made her job very hard for her another reason why I did not want to go back into that store because I do not want to see if that shift leader now that she's no longer at that location anymore both of these ladies I feel much more calm and relaxed going into that Starbucks that I used to work at the new people there are fantastic phenomenal amazing those people that are there now I would like to work with those guys I feel like they will have the patience to help me achieve a Starbucks barista standards and goal I also want to say I'm a person with learning difficulties and you need to have patience with someone like me with a learning difficulty issue but anything is possible I currently work for your competitors and they treat me very well and they have the patience to train me just right unfortunately Ciara I did report you to corporate because you calling me was not acceptable like I said you should delete my number from your contacts I don't know why you still have me saved under your contacts I don't work for your Company anymore I don't know why you still saved me on your contact list the number should've been deleted corporate was alerted I did tell them the situation I did give them your number and the time and everything you called me there will be consequences hopefully because that was a sign of disloyalty and another sign of dishonesty and another sign of privacy you should not be calling me to try to make things better because these are my thoughts and opinions that I expressed on Google review so please respect me and my privacy and thank you I think this was a good learning experience for you and sometimes we need these experiences but that's all what I have to say please do not keep my cell phone number in your contacts please delete the number and please give me my privacy and space thank you

I go to Starbucks frequently. The folks that work there are always friendly. They really appreciate ordering ahead of time using the app. However, the app is not always up to par. The coffee and food are delicious. Very enjoyable healthier options.

Just left this location. My fiancee ordered a drink and a brownie to be told that she couldn't get a brownie because they are cleaning the oven. This happened at 7:10pm when their closing time is 9pm. It would be judicious to train your workers to treat ALL people with the same respect. Simply unacceptable.

Today's experience at this Starbucks location inside Target was excellent. I walked right up to the counter with no one in front of me, redeemed my Target app offer of 20% off Starbucks beverages - Iced, Hot or Blended until Feb 24 That's a great deal. The barista was very friendly & made me a delicious drink. I also asked for an ice water; and she graciously complied.
