This location seldom disappoints. I have patronized this business several times in the recent past and I appreciate their accuracy and attention to detail. I have always ordered via the Subway app and my sandwiches are always ready ahead of the quoted time and reflect my order to a "T"! I always ask for the ends to be cut off my bread and that they put the mayo directly on the bread rather than on top of the meat (as they have been trained to do).The staff are attentive and friendly and the store is kept neat and tidy. Today, they were much busier than they usually are. Most of the tables had guests seated at them and the line almost reached the door. I would attribute the slight error on today's sandwich to this boom in business. I requested that the bell peppers be removed from The Philly that I ordered, but they were left on in error.

This is the best Subway around. The one in downtown Westfield was also up there on the list, but it is closed for good. I love how consistent this place is. No crusty old bread!!! They always give you soft, fresh bread❤️ Thank you, Village Park Plaza Subway! You are doing it right!!

I have lived here for over 40 years, and while this Subway hasn’t been there quite that long, it has been there a long time. There is a reason for that - IT’S VERY WELL RUN!! You know how some Subways give you old, crusty bread??? Well NOT this one!! The bread is always soft and perfect. Do yourself a favor and check out this location. It will become your favorite Subway. I try to keep giving this subway a chance considering it's the closet to me, but the older lady who works here often is the absolute worst. She has an attitude every single time I go there. She always always always has to tell me that the sandwich I "ordered" is not the sandwich I had made. So what I can get whatever sandwich I want that's why I went to subway lol. The energy here is terrible and I can literally hear the older lady talking about me every time I walk away. She has a problem, or a few. I would not recommend going to this location unless you want to be greeted with rudeness and bad attitudes every visit. This location needs to hire better employees. My food was good, thats about all I can say was good.
