Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order. Was eventually told they hadn't made it yet. The system apparently doesn't always lock the order through. They could not issue a refund on site. Employees were helpful, and he restaurant was clean and nice, but the system itself is broken.

1st visit to the new location & drive-through. No lines but a long wait for food. Get home and found the order was made wrong & that I was charged extra for tomatoes on items that I specifically ordered without. Store wouldn't answer so I drove back. After another lengthy wait I get to the window, return the items. They make another wrong order... Rinse & repeat... Refund requested. Told I'll have to wait a few days for it to be returned to the card. Worse things could happen but hopefully their poor service with attitude will be pulled from the menu soon?.

Morning crew is decent. The afternoon crew doesn't seem to really care about accuracy or quality. Paid for extra meat and got what looked to be the scrapings from the bottom of the pan.

this is the worst taco bell ive ever been to! i have given this location a couple tries because i know its a newer location- every single time is horrible.... i will never go again. service is trash, burritos barely hold together, food isn't even hot... potatoes are either over or undercooked. they don't know how to make anything. fresco to them means lettuce?? last time they put MEAT on my BEAN BURRITOS?? and it took them 20 minutes to even make.... seriously dodge this place. it's worth your time and money to go to another one nearby. the one by the marketplace walmart in fishers is TACOTASTIC iykyk

I'd give it no stars if I could, today is 1/28/24 and had decided to get taco bell breakfast before work, but to my suprise... no one was there! The store was completely closed at 08:30am despite saying open!

Ive only been to this location twice, and the staff is talented enough to mess up both times. They take my order like theyre being held hostage. They forget to give me all my items I’ve ordered, but they definitely dont forget to charge me for it!
The app won't allow you to select Drive Thru for pickup, only inside pickup. Three times within the last week, they handed me my food in Drive Thru upon request. Today they refused and made me walk inside to get it when I was the only customer there. The clown inside was unapologetic and rude. I won't return. I hope your store fails. The White Castle you replaced was better in every way.

The staff that took care of my order was awesome and the food came out quickly and for the most part hot! Unfortunately I was only able to eat 1 of the three items i bought because the other two just didn’t taste good at all. Kind of an old taste to them.

I never get what I order here. Steak soft tacos end up being chicken and sour cream things. I'll order cinnamon twists and there's no cinnamon on them. They asked me what sauce I want and don't put any sauce in the bag. This place just opened, everyone should be trained up.Edit: Dropped to a 1. Ordered 3 steak soft tacos, and 2 of them are beef, 1 is steak. Every visit they make my order wrong. I paid extra for steak.
