Every time I order takeout from this location I swear not to do it again, and then months later I end up doing it again! so here we are with my food was ready I’ve been sitting out here in the to go order for over 20 minutes waiting for a text message. I finally get out of my car and there’re my food is sitting on the rack And I pick it up and take it to my car and my food is cold and my sauces aren’t even in the bag.Have no idea how long my food was sitting there but after I get my food and go back to my car, I get a text message, saying my food is ready. It’s cold with melted ice in all my drinks!

We showed up about 9:30 with what was supposed to be a party of 8. That's 30 minutes before the kitchen closed. We were seated right away, and our server was more than helpful and gracious. She made sure our order was placed before the kitchen closed and took very good care of us. We only ended up having four in our party, but we're very thankful for such a positive experience that late.

I order the same thing every time.For the first time, I was told no by a manager. Just a simple request. Add Cheese sauce to my Broccoli. Simple.I was told that they could not do it because they would have to do it for everyone. Hmm? So do it for everyone. Yes…do it fort everyone. Release the cheese…I’ll pay extra.After the waitress was rough with us. I called her by name and did my best to be friendly. But no eye contact, as little interaction as possible. No rolls.I knew was going to be a difficult meal and experience so we left. Drove to Kokomo TR. ordered the exact same thing. Guess what? They did it without any push back or explanation.I suggest the management staff of the Carmel TR read “Give ‘em The Pickle” by Robert E. Farrell.

Steak was supposed to be med well, no season got it and was very well done, took it back after a little over 15 min. They came back apologized for the wait cut it was fine but had season on it, they wanted to do again I said no , person I was with was finishing dinner I ate part of mine. Manager came over, she was very nice and took my information and e-mail said she was going to email me for 2 dinners for next time. She emailed me with $20,00 a little disappointed.
The pork chops with peppercorn gravy are the best on the menu.
