Went to which wich for the first time today with my family. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming, very kid friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will for sure be regulars now!!!

The ordering process is different than every other restaurant, so for new customers it can be off putting, the staff was not really helpful with the ordering, they kind of just looked at us, and the staff was very short, no thank yous or your welcomes, the guy making the food was staring at us while we ate, just over all not a good experience.

I always seem to have a great experience at whichever (no pun intended) Which which restaurant I visit. The service was great, employees were very nice, welcoming and helpful for any questions I had. My sandwich and fries came out very fast and were delicious! Not to mention the restaurant looked very clean. I made sure to leave a tip! Would definitely come here again.

To call this beef "steak" is a travesty. It has to be steak-umms (IYKYK) or that level of quality of meat.I got their very mediocre version of a Italian beef. Which is my fault, I know they have better options, but it sounded good.Lesson learned! Also they put the wrong sauce on my sandwich and like 2 mushrooms on the large sub.Sorry no pictures. U didn't miss anything I assure you.Vegetarian options: Sub shops always have a good amount of veggie optionsParking: In a strip mall with plenty of parking

It's sad to see this is the only which wich in what seems like a 100mi radius, literally. That said, I hope they never close this location. They're sandwiches are superior (in my opinion) but here's why - I've never waited too long, had to deal with an uncut sandwich, had everything spill out upon first touch, or dealt with upset/bored employees.The way you put your order in - on paper - is the best system, I think. Their order system eliminates most customer interaction which is the 1 aspect of food service that slows the order process. The only thing you wait for is your sandwich to be made.And my sandwich was made quickly and perfectly, I have no complaints.Kid-friendliness: It's like any basic sandwich shop, nothing offensive or wild. I would bring a kid in to get them a sandwich to take home.
