We love sliders but the price of these have gotten rediculous so we only go once or twice a year. the time it takes to get the food is also ridiculous. Customer service is not a priority. Gets worse every year that passes.

Look, y'all had one job.... get the order right, but because y'all were too busy playing around and clowning that we 1) Didn't get the drink for our combo, 2) Didn't get the horseradish mustard we requested, even after you had us repeat the condiments twice and 3) There was no seasoned salt on the fries. I bet there are pickles on my double sliders too... When we ordered we were told you were out of sweet tea and now I'm convinced that it's just because the crew on duty is just too lazy to make more! Very disappointing.
I've been here before. Won't point the finger at this location, but tonight's crew was very unprofessional. Everything I asked them, they acted like it was a joke. I asked for condiments, they didn't put them in the bag like I asked. Ordered a drink, never got it. Asked for the sandwiches with no pickles and guess what! They all had pickles. When it comes to service, they dropped the ball.

Don’t ever order here. Please I’m begging you. The staff is pathetic. Can’t get any orders right ever. 100% of the time we order from door dash or drive thru. They always forget something. Sometimes giving me sandwiches without even meat on them. Went inside one time and oh my god the amount of goofing off is pathetic, the one guy that looks like a manager just flirts with the young white girls. How unprofessional. I hate when Indianapolis residents come to work in Carmel, no work ethic and terrible customer services skills.

Cold fries, horrible service, tasteless a real disappointment from what I remembered as a kid. Waited for over 25 minutes for our food. Location totally understaffed. I would like to write more but there is nothing more to say.
