I’ve never been disappointed at W Carmel Dr. Zoup EVERY employee has been friendly, helpful and engaging each time I’ve come into the store to take out soup. Today was a special treat because I was able to meet the outgoing manager who introduced me to the new manager! It’s always good to hear the new opportunity for a dependable employee is with his large church. We found we had several friends in common. My hope is that this business will take off like Chick-fil-A has because of the quality of the product and the consistent service and friendliness of the employees. Peyton and “Z” represent the company well. Please give these folks a try. And btw, the onion soup is way better than I can make at home. We have several favorites but are not opposed to trying something new on the menu.

Stopped in to the Carmel location today after a doctor's appointment. It has been a long week due to me just having bariatric surgery Wednesday, Zee and his crew were absolutely amazing in taking care of my crazy request. It's great to know there is somewhere I can go to eat and still be treated great. Thank you as much guys. We will be back soon.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner. The service was excellent, the sandwiches and soups offered looked good and the staff was more than happy to let you try samples. The manager, Z, was extremely personable and was checking on us to make sure we were satisfied with our food and offered to get anything we needed. 5/5 will definitely be come back!

We were looking forward to trying zoups for some time. Tonight we finally made it over. All the soups looked crusted over but still tried not to judge. Waited over 5 minutes and no staff was to be seen or heard of. Some other customers looked to be waiting on staff as well. We left. Hungry partner and kids did not want to wait. No bell to ring. No sign up. Bummer.

So I have a bit of a cold and ordered chicken noodle soup. Never again. First I was informed they were out of noodles? OK I thought I make my own. Im not embelishing when i say the bowl had maybe 2 pieces of chicken, no carrots no celery. NADA. Honestly it was tasteless and for $10 I really expected more. I know no one can beat Moms chicken soup when you are sick, but trust me Zoups version is definitely Not an option.

I was very pleased with the food and service. Tonight the young lady was very polite and friendly and professional. There was a young man working at the same time and did not once help her when she had back to back customers to help it go a little quicker. She did very well with 6 groups that came threw. If you ask me she deserves a raise.

First time there.. I was starved having a bad day.. not even sure what I bought.. the cashier suggested something.. I said ok.. when I tell you it was amazing and the customer service was 12 stars. I will return!! Thanks for taking great care of me in just that short time!

I've been trying to find the best chicken noodle soup in Indy, and so far it is here (besides at my house). The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because the first few times I got it, it was bland and I had to add salt and pepper. The last time though...it was the best batch they had! Lots of onions(:

It was my first time visiting the new Zoup in carmel loved their clean fresh look with a lot of seating . They have a section before you order where you can try one of their soups or all of them before ordering very unique I have never seen this in any restaurants. They encourage you to try before buying . They have a wide variety of soup, salads and made to fresh sandwiches . I got the pot pie soup and southwestern turkey sandwich and they give you a side of bread to accompany your order . Love this family owned business with young entrepreneurs and staff working hard to build their family business . If you love soups and sandwiches you must give it a try

We ordered for our office yesterday for what was advertised to feed 10. The sandwiches were on very dry, chewy ciabata bread with sparse meat and cheese and a very light smearing of condiment. The cost of the side Cobb Salad was $61 and was enough to feed maybe 5. Very disappointed with our first time order to Zoup.

Great alternative when you really want soup. I honestly would rate their soup /sandwich combo up with Panera. At this particular location they have an easy going manager who tries to ensure good service.I had their cauliflower soup, and veggie sandwich combo. Very pleased.

Food was cool. Clean equipment and stir soup during down time. Noting like walking into a soup place and seeing that dried soup skin on top. That means air is getting into the soup and leaving room for cooling on the top. Creating a open window for TDZ. The coolers under the prep area were dirty and the microwave/toaster oven food catch was full of food. Pretty sure not from one day of service. That whole piece of equipment was rather dirty. I’ve been waiting on a Zoups to open here as I’m from Ohio and they’re all over the place there and they’re much cleaner.

Zoup has really good food. I got a lobster bisque and also a chili of some sort that was the best one out of the two. The service was great and we got our food insanely fast with Jonah turning on the turbo. Jonah also loves gummy bears so make sure to bring a bag for him to eat.

Don’t know if I went at a bad time…lunch time on a Monday, but everything we got was borderline inedible. Pictured is the spicy chicken & broccoli broth bowl. Veggies and rice were not fresh, honestly probably left over from previous days. Rice was crunchy and broccoli was wilted and brown. Broth and chicken was cold. Overall taste was disgusting, not to mention this 1/4 full bowl was $10. Wife got broccoli cheddar soup and it also seemed like it was leftover from previous days. Overall, don’t waste your time/money here if you want fresh ingredients. At the very least avoid the broth bowls hahaha. I’m not one to waste food, but I did not eat more than 1 bite.

Delicious food, good service. Extremely annoying Christian music. I will only get take-out in the future, but since not all of the soups are listed unless you go in person, maybe I won’t go again at all. Yes, the music is that bad.
