“They have the usual Dairy Queen menu. We have been going to this location for many years. Most certainly have witnessed a gradual decline in service quality and cleanliness of this location. Previously the service was excellent and you didn't mind if you had to wait because you got quality food.“

“I work for Hartzell Restoration in connersville, and we, my coworker and I, have been working in Richmond the past few weeks and have lunch here normally daily, the lunch time crew at this establishment is TOP NOTCH!! I wish I had got their names, however they're an amazing team that work very well together.Might I add also today we walked into a packed house and line to the door at 12:15 and we got thru the line and sat down at 12:22.....Friendly, helpful lunch crew.“

“My husband and I love Taco Bell but while the food always tastes good, the service is typically pretty crappy and the food is just sloppily thrown together. You’re lucky if the tomatoes are even on the Mexican pizza or if cheese is melted over more than just half of it. While on a roadtrip home we stopped at this Taco Bell and it was by far the best Taco Bell we’ve had in years! The staff working the drive thru were friendly and polite and you can tell they care about their customers’ experiences just by how the food looked! It actually looked like what you see in the commercials- which is NEVER the case and tastes great! We’ll for sure be back on our next roadtrip to Indy- keep up the great work!“

“Had a great experience, they had the sandwich to me before I was done paying! I got the Big Italian- Add mayo, pickles, and extra sauce! Also ask for it TBO! Makes it have less bread and more substance ? Customer service was incredible and have to say the kickin ranch is to DIE for!! ?Update: Still great food, compared to the $$ of other fast food places, the fresh taste is a steal. Customer service through drive thru is always friendly.“

You ask for what you asked for at the initial greet and people just get hateful offended and look at you as if they wanna fight. “I ordered a large veggie pizza with a thin and crispy crust.The staff were very nice and helpful. Service was fast, although I would not say it was the best pizza I've ever eaten it was good. My biggest complaint is that a veggie pizza actually requires that there are veggies on the pizza. Toppings were very scant. However, if you want a thin and crispy crust, Pizza Hut has got a very good crust.“

“wife and i ordered two 3 piece strip meals with sides as usual through the drive thru, only car there. quick to take order, quick at window, quick to get food, got home ended up with one 3 piece meal and one 2 piece meal. not that big of a deal considering the overall service and they r usually (especially at this location) spot on. biscuits, mashed taters n gravy green beans & the strips were good otherwise.“

“Everytime I travel back to my Home town of Richmond Indiana I have to stop by the DQ on South 9th, this past August was no exception. I was battling a terrible Sinus Infection but still have to grab a Wimpy at the DQ. It was still delicious as usual, I wish I could have eaten more than one, but the Sinus Infection was playing havic on my appetite.“
