What coffee shop doesn't even know what a cappuccino is?

Sat in drive through for 10 minutes with no one taking order. The window said open and staff saw me waiting. Please remove open on drive through if staff are not working it.

To be fair to this establishment, I've only had the coffee, not the ice cream. The few times I've had an Americano or double shot espresso they've been good. The reason I give them only two stars is because of the three times lately I've been there and they're closed during posted hours of business. One was the day it snowed in late January. They apparently opened on time but then closed by lunch time "due to weather". By lunch the main roads were cleared. More recently I stopped by at 3 PM. Doors locked. A young woman was on the couch, facing the street, talking on a phone. I looked at her, the posted hours, and then back at here. I tapped the door and looked at my watch and then back at her. She just sat there. No sign. No explanation. No idea why an employee was inside and they closed. Something similar happened shortly after they opened. I truly like the coffee, and prefer supporting a local business. But if the business can't find reliable employees or stay open during posted hours, there's a coffee crossing and a Starlight coffee a few miles down 62. Both as good and much better than gas station coffee. Come on guys, Charlestown needs a good coffee house. Get it together. For your own sake. (And the customers)

We love Charlestown Coffee and Cream. The ice cream is Sooooo creamy and they have a ton of flavors to choose from. The coffee is good too, they use Sunergos coffee beans and it's one of my favorites.

Very friendly employees, but many lack training to make the basic drinks. One of the employees didn't even realize that one of the drinks was on the menu board.The buzzer on the entry doors is loud and annoying. Many patrons have made this same observation. In addition, the drive-through buzzer is obnoxiously loud as well.

We stopped in during the Christmas lights show on the square. I had the hot caramel apple cider and it was good. Wife had the London fog and while she liked it she thought it wasn't very hot. They also serve ice cream here, too. Nice seats and a couch just like most coffee places have.

Great products, great prices, fun and soothing atmosphere. I got to talk to the owner about exactly what i wanted and he delivered. An iced London fog but STRONG. Way less milk and way more tea. It was delicious.

Great coffee. Ordered ahead and got there to watch all people ordering in the store have their order fulfilled while I waited on my mobile order for another 15 minutes. Pointless to order ahead here.

Great location, love the variety of ice-cream. However, I have visited the establishment a handful of times, and there is never consistency with the smoothies or the coffee orders, and I feel for the price I am being charged the products should taste great every time.
