Ordered food that was estimated to be done between 1:19-1:24 arrived when it was expected to be done only for it to say it was still in the oven. It was put in the oven at 1:03 yet at 2:03 it was still “in the oven”. After waiting over an hour from the time it was in the oven and nearly 40 minutes after the latest pickup time we decided to go in and ask about the order only to be told it was in their warmer and not the pickup portal yet they did not update the order page to notify us that it was done. When asked why they said they had issues with the system yet were able to instantly say that the order was picked up which does not make sense. That’s not even touching the fact one of the workers in the kitchen did not have his hair up or in a net while handing food which is a health hazard. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting pizza it’s worth the drive to go to a different location.Edit: Also find it very odd they only respond to positive reviews usually ones that say nothing.

One guy working making pizzas, then jumping up front to help customers then going back to make pizzas without washing his hands or putting on gloves. There was 0 pizzas "hot and ready". I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple with extra sauce and cheese! It was delicious!! The staff was polite and friendly and made one delicious pie!!Kid-friendliness: They're serving pizza, you can't get any friendlier than that!!Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll right in and roll right out.
Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday was given the wrong order, was told that my order was given out by accident and they took the two boxes they gave me after I went downtown and then gave them out to another customer. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order to be redone

I loved my pizza today! We got a deal on the app for a calzoney and a classic pizza and the calzoney was fantastic! I hope they keep it on the menu. The pepperoni pizza was great as well. The price was incredible! Will be returning! All the way from Pekin, in!
