Prices have gone up a lot recently, but the owners of this location still stick it to their customers by nickle and diming with upcharges for a small cup of water, even when you place a large order. Other locations don't do this.

It is my understanding that "fast food" restaurants are trying to stay within a time standard of serving your food. After they hand you your drinks and ask you to pull forward they are allowed to stop the time on your order, therfore meeting their standard. This is a bogus practice. I'm left sitting in line for an additional 7 to 10 minutes. Often receiving the wrong order or cold food. I for one am no longer going to accept this standard of service. I have worked in the food industry before, where our standards and customer service was higher. I'm only one small voice sharing my experience.

Went and got a shake and a sandwich and asked for ONE SAUCE AND CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 27 CENTS! As if McDonalds doesn't make enough money on their food. Had to be pulled around for my shake all the while you can hear them laughing and dancing. McDonalds has completely gone down the drain.

I came in at 6 in the morning and order sausage biscuit, sausage mcmuffin and HB it took them 25mins to give it to me and on top of that the person making the food wasn't wearing any gloves. I asked if they could remake it and they said "I'm sorry we can't "

Went through the drive thru, the guy was constantly talking over me and wouldn’t listen and continuously asked if I was done ordering after every item I ordered. I then went to the window to receive the food that I ordered and was handed a drink carrier that I didn’t want, my Frappé was a medium instead of a large, my food was cold. I definitely won’t be going back

Well, downloaded the app and getting some savings always good for the pocket!!
Made an online order, stopped in to pick it up at counter, was assured order was correct, drive home, went to eat, all the fries were raw, barely cooked and missing the filet of fish!!! Live 25 miles from the restaurant and disabled so was not able to return!!!! Seems to happ n an awful lot there lately, poor employees or poor management, not sure which, but very tired of being short changed and ripped off!!!!!

Got pink, cold, uncooked double quarter pounder hamburger last week. After waiting at the 3rd drive thru window for 11 minutes to get the food. Tried to call to see if I could pick up one the next day since we were already home and no one answered the phone. The top patty was fine but the bottom, just gross.
