“Placed our order, we both got chicken tortilla soup. The soup was not up to temperature. We took our soup back to counter and asked if we could get some hot soup. The young lady sent it back and asked the "gentleman" in the back for 2 more due to the temp not being warm enough. The "gentleman" in the back seemed like it was a hassle and said to the young lady behind the counter, "I JUST sent 2 through the window"The young lady said, well, they weren't hot. We obviously got 2 new cups of soup, which were just right. My complaint is simply this, you have 3 gentleman working in the back preparing food for the consumer and 1 "gentleman" complaining about doing his job, correctly!!! If the soups not hot, just do your job and replace the soup with hot soup. Nobody twisted your arm to get this job, you obviously wanted or needed a job, so do it right and or don't let the customers hear you react like an adolescent!!!“

“Stopped here on a road trip and was super happy with the experience! I haven’t had Quiznos since I was a kid, as the location in my hometown closed. I was glad to see there’s a veggie sub that can easily be made vegan and still tasted great and satisfying. The workers were an older female and younger male and both were super attentive with making sure they made everyone’s order correctly. Even the bathroom was nice - high quality toilet paper and soap, very clean. One single minor complaint is there was no hook in the woman’s bathroom for coats/purses. Would recommend!!Vegetarian options: Veggie sub and can be made vegan with no cheese“

“Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen who served me thursday sept 24th. I had some bad news so wasnt gonna be able to cook dinner. Walked in trying to grab some sandwiches. These gentle were so accommodating to all my sandwiches which needed this and not that. They ended up making me laugh and i bought a cookie. That really cheered me up to see smiling faces through their masks. Thanks carol greenwood. Loyal customer. Highly recommend their subs!!“

“The boys that work here are excellent. This is the ONLY Subway in southern Indiana that ACCEPTS CORPORATE COUPONS. ((Skip the Charlestown Store. They have rude snarky girls working there, dirty bathrooms and rotten slimy toppings.)) THANK YOU JEFFERSONVLE SUBWAY!“

“The staff is always so nice! It is generally just one girl working, but they are always right there when you walk in. They have given me a free cookie (on not free cookie day!) and it just made my week! My go to is their club or chicken bacon ranch ?“

“I visit frequently; it is close to my job and home. The food is good and the service is better. There are usually no customers dining in. The space is open but small, and there is not much to do around this location.Vegetarian options: Great selection being a build it yourself shop. You can make anything you enjoy with tons of veg. Selection bread variety or salad option and wraps available at this locationDietary restrictions: Many options available to help you make the best choice and a delicious taste!“

“So glad they are moving. Hoping the drive thru keeps them busier. The food usually tastes good, is prepared quickly and cleanly. Service friendliness and efficiency depends on who's working, how many customers they have and if there are customers that are known.“
