I have tried to go to the location 3 times now. And every time I can't get anyone to come to the speaker drive through. I even pulled app this time to the window and waited 20 minutes and still nobody came to the window. I understand if you're short handed, but this is a huge inconvenience to the customer. Just simply put, a sign in the driver's stating to come in. Not make us wait and wonder what's going on

Seems clean. Only issue ever had was employees not understanding what i wanted to order even though order it online for pick up often. I just order online now and pick up in store to avoid confusion. Always get it right that way.

I've ordered from this location twice via the app, and I'm convinced that either they can't read or they just don't care, because neither time did they get my order correct. Yes they offer to remake it if I return that day, or even the next day. It shouldn't be that way, the subs I've chosen are nothing special, why can't they get it right if I order off the app??

I was at the store yesterday and my services was great! I believe Sean is the guy who made my sandwich! But other than that I’d have to say I’m very dissatisfied with the store, it was very nasty on the store there was even a hair on the counter. There was a guy that had very bushy hair and no hat and he also kept hitting his vape pen in the front on the line. I asked what his name was and I believe his name was Brad, only people who had name tags was Sean and the females in the store the other to guys had no name tags so I wasn’t about to catch there names. One lady Linda I believe is how you spell her name had to be asked to clean because she was just standing around doing nothing. I’m not happy and I’m not sure I’ll be back unless they can get staff under control and the store cleaned better.

I had been to this location several times before, but after tonight I will not be coming back. I don't know if this woman was a manager or the owner but she was super rude. We had questions about their policy with coupons, as we understand every location is different, but this was my first time using coupons there. She had an attitude with us asking questions, and when my passenger was asking a question to ME, she had the audacity to say over the speaker "Don't talk to me from the passenger seat!" He wasn't? She then tried to pass the mic off to another worker to assist ......and when my passenger had other questions, the first lady actually interjected and kept getting more rude about having to answer multiple questions, and when I asked if they by chance had veggie patties, she yelled at us that she doesn't have them, or order them, at this location. I drove off after that and I won't be coming back. I'll just go a little further to the one on patrol rd or the 24 hour one further into jeffersonville.

Loving the new Charlestown location for Subway! The drive thru is super convenient and quick! I have never had any issue with cleanliness in the store and the workers are polite and quick! Can’t beat it for a good club sandwich ?

So glad they are moving. Hoping the drive thru keeps them busier. The food usually tastes good, is prepared quickly and cleanly. Service friendliness and efficiency depends on who's working, how many customers they have and if there are customers that are known.

When I was in your store today, an employee immediately came to assist me and was very kind. She was about 5'4 she was a young woman whose name was rubbed away on the name tag. She was very sweet and service was really nice.
