They were short staffed, and we had to use the kiosk. If you're going to force a customer to ring the wrong order in you should drop prices because at that point we're an employee. It's not really fair to force people to ring in their own orders That's difficult for old people as I had to do that for my mom.
JUST AMAZING! Thank you Charlestown Taco Bell for a 10/10 experience!! Sellersburg Taco Bell was rude so came here & was greeted by Noah, Dee, Amber, Ashley, & Gerry. Wonderful experience from these amazing & respectful coworkers!

Don't bother going inside. Even if there's barely anyone in the drive-through, they treat you like a 2nd class citizen and ignore you. Half the time they can't even make the food correctly; they really don't have the leeway to be this dismissive.Also, no matter what anyone says, they don't serve lunch all day. Their breakfast tastes terrible. The only thing they have to compete on is lunch, which is why you see 99% of everyone going to McDonalds for breakfast instead.
