I ordered a couple of chocolate shakes and as the employee was making them. It was coming out of a machine like soft serve. It was so thick I had to wait 20 minutes so I could drink it. What happened to handmade shakes? I always thought you made them fresh. I guess not...

Stopped by here yesterday to get myself a butter burger and was annoyed to find out I was charged $0.40 for condiments. Sorry but what? When did I have to start paying for my ketchup for my fries? Who doesn’t eat fries with condiments? Ridiculous.The burger was delicious as always and I enjoyed my flavor of the day. I’ll obviously still return because I love the food; but just an annoying observation I found on my receipt over my ketchup request.

Everything about this unit exudes guest satisfaction and image. Cell phones not allowed on employees while working. In a slot box on counter. Wonderful idea. This unit reminds me of the very first restaurant I ran. The manager must be top notch. From the greeting to the salutations, and the appearance of the staff. 5 stars. The food is hot and fresh. The frozen yogurt is delicious. Excellent all the way around. Ty.Parking: Handicap parking
