They CANNOT get an order right. We ordered twice in 13 days and both times the orders were wrong! As in a pizza with no cheese, a pizza with almost no sauce, and pasta that had cheese on it but wasn't supposed because the person is allergic to cheese. ATTENTION CORPORATE: The details - We ordered online on Jan. 15, 2024. I'd requested extra sauce, but 3 slices had no sauce and the other 5 slices had hardly any sauce. I couldn't find a way to report the problem online (just the guarantee for if you drop your pizza), so I called the Chesterton store. They said they credited me 1 pizza. Thirteen days later on Jan. 28, 2024, my husband wanted to order the free pizza. It was not in my pizza profile. I found an email address and emailed about the pizza with no sauce and said I was never credited. We ordered despite the problem last time thinking they couldn't mess up the order twice.BUT THEY DID GET THE ORDERS WRONG BOTH TIMES! This time there was absolutely no cheese on the pizza. Someone had ordered the "Make Your Own Pasta" and for their 3 items, they asked for chicken, spinach, and onions. They are allergic to cheese so did not order cheese for the pasta. Naturally, there was cheese. So instead of putting cheese on the pizza, they put it on the pasta. So Domino's owes us 1 medium pizza, 1 large pizza, and 1 pasta. I will update my review when I hear from Domino's.

The idiots at this store couldn't even deliver my order correctly, they lied and said they called me when later said my number wasn't in the system. Don't order from here. The guy over the phone had a attitude problem and was extremely rude. His name is Randy. Eff Randy!

So i have to back track a bit on a post i had made about this place, everytime i order from here the food is excellent. I ordered a pizza tonight it is probably one of the best pizzas ive ever had around here. Pepperoni half for the kids, half ham and onion on other side absolutely amazing especially with the garlic butter dip ?
Ummm I guess if you're not in Chicago or lake county and find yourself in Porter county this trash is sadly the best around....

One of the better dominos I've been to, While driving to a convention I got hungry and decided id just get pizza, I ordered from the app and it was ready in no time at all, After getting inside they asked me if I was picking up and I gave them my name and got my pizza, The person at the counter was a very nice guy and the service was great. Most Domino's in my hometown pretty much just take your money and throw you a half cold pizza with the wrong toppings.

The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by immediately by the girl by the oven and the guy making food. While we were ordering my kids wanted to draw on the wall and were given chalk by the girl now helping us place our order. She was very nice and helpful as we hadnt ordered from dominos for a long time due to a poor experience in the past but after last night we will definitely be coming back.

Friendly atmosphere, able to sit and enjoy an entire meal for 20 bucks and be full with left overs. And the pan is fresh, crispy and fantastic! ?They felt they took to long and went above and beyond to make us happy after. When it hadn’t even taken that long ?
