We stopped at this restaurant while coming back from Holland to Chicago…took 26 A exit on i94 highway and this is similar experience as road side dhaba’s in india (restaurant)….the food and service was amazing.

Its obvious that this place used to be a seafood restaurant because the interior was not changed a bit.Service was meh, the server was incredibly quiet and I was not really able to hear what he was saying. I don’t think he understood what I was saying either because he swapped my spice levels with the person I went with. I ordered a spice level 1, and got a spice level 3 instead.Otherwise the food was alright. But it definitely was not what I had hoped for.

It was our first time here tonight and we were very pleasantly surprised! The food was authentic, flavorful, came out quick, and over all delicious! We got the butter chicken, curry chicken, tikki masala, and garlic naan spicey level 2 and it was the perfect amount of spice. The service was fantastic, and the music was great. We will definitely be back!!!!
The food is absolutely amazing (I love all the goat dishes and fresh samosas), service is always excellent and the atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly. One of my favorite restaurants in Chesterton.
