Got food poisoning from this place, a 2 star is less than what they deserve on google , i ate one slice ended up puking 7 times that night , will never eat here again staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Called for delivery.Asked specifically for receipt because I was paying with cash.Delivery was timely, however no receipt as requested in call and the delivery guy snickered himself a 15$ tip because "I have no change".Opened the pizza to eat and it's a runny uncut pizza.Very poor

I just ordered a cinnamon bite dessert, chicken poppers, and got a 2 liter Dr. Pepper. The delivery driver was very polite and made it on time exactly. I was very pleased I hope she made it back safely I appreciate the good customer service yall provide for delivering.

Definitely don't go here. The GM doesn't know what he's doing, shouldn't even be a GM. The older driver is so rude too, and is a horrible driver. The driver delivered to my house a couple times, its thrown all over the place, looks inedible. The store itself always looks dirty, The GM is always cussing. Idk whats wrong with this place but it definitely isn't worth the money nor time.

The lady that helped me was very rude said only the name and total and as I was following the prompts she just walked away no words and went back to making pizzas. Asked if I was good and if I could have my receipt and all 3 workers ignored me for 2 minutes until I got

Much better than several years ago. We loved their pizza in the 90s, but around 2005-ish probably, their cheese pizza was very bland. It was like they changed it so picky kids liked it. Couldn't taste any onions or garlic in sauce. This time we got pepperoni, which was spicier that pepperoni at other chains. Delicious but we only ate a little at a time because it's a bit spicy and greasy for some people 50+. Don't know if their cheese pizza is still bland. Next time we'll order 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese.

If I could give in -1000 stars I would. Worst ever. Took my money, did not deliver and I've been on hold for an hour. They shouldn't be in business. I had to go to the store to cancel the order. They did not care. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else!
Order the garlic palmer's on chicken wings and the philly cheese papa dias. Walked in and ordered only took about 15 minutes to get my order. Everybody was very friendly place was clean. Drove home realized I received garlic parmesan chicken bites. Turned out to be a very good mistake I really enjoyed them, Very good flavor.

I ordered at 11:45 p.m. through doordash and I figured it would be ok since they close at 1. I called at 12 after getting no updates and the worker told me they closed the oven awhile ago. didn’t even call to let me know. my order was apparently confirmed since I lost $15 and can’t get a refund.

The manager Abby is the nicest person!The food was ready when I went to pick it up, and Abby was super fast, efficient, and polite! So nice to see great customer service like this at Papa John's!
