Chesterton Pizza Hut is the best Pizza Hut. I had not purchased from Pizza Hut in a decade because of bad service, bad pizza, etc from several other locations in Northwest Indiana but once I gave the Chesterton Pizza Hut a chance, they did not disappoint.
Took over an hour to get my pizza and it was delivered by door dash (not Pizza Hut). This was from the Pizza Hut in Chesterton, IN. Pizza was cold and dough was raw in spots. I had to finish cooking it in the oven and to heat it.

This is the most consistently horrible Pizza Hut I've ever seen. They NEVER hit their delivery window, even by a close margin. They have orders "out for delivery" for 45 minutes or more when we live 2 miles away (this is after providing an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes or less). They rarely answer their phone, and when they do, they are rude. I cannot remember the last time I received my order in less than an hour from this store. They sometimes send orders through DoorDash (after we wait an hour and they don't have a driver), and then the DoorDash driver doesn't get the tip I provide for the delivery driver (and we get our pizza an hour or two later). Best bet is to go pick it up, delivery is a frustrating and completely unreliable experience time and again.

What's to say? It's Pizza Hut. If you use coupons or specials, the price to quality is reasonable.This particular store has always been good. Never have had a problem with quality. On the occasional times we get pizza from here, it is always for delivery.The staff has always been friendly and courteous. Delivery has always been on time, and the drivers are always friendly and polite.

Ordered 2 stuffed crusts pizzas. One was pretty decent but the other one was just about all crust. I didn’t order extra crust. Two bites into the pizza was all you got for toppings. I paid $18 for crust. I called there and the guy told me because it’s stuffed crust that’s how they come. However the other one didn’t look like that. I’ll be contacting corporate
