Went through drive through at 845 pm, two workers walking back from strip mall and the others sitting in dining room. Asked what we wanted and told them 2 mini blizzards. No answer. They looked at us through the dining room windows as we drove off. No management at this store?

Ignored every request made on our order, paid 50$ to not get anything made correctly. Didn't get a receipt either. Plain, is pretty simple. But you load everything o to the sandwiches and then don't give me the 10$ burger I order. Terrible.

Went there 30 min before close and was told most of the menu was off-limits due to shutting down the grill getting ready to close.They let me order a chicken strip basket.The chicken and fries were clearly old and they just reheated in the frier ot maybe the microwave.This place has gone downhill fast, time to stop using them for good

Place is crazy. Apparently the owner (Greg)?? Doesn't want to honor the $7 chicken strip deal advertised nationally by DQ so he can sell the more expensive chicken strip basket. So they mark as "sold out" permanently. But they were able to fill my 4 piece chicken strip meal.

Went through drive through. Tried to order $7 meal deal with $2 upgrade to small blizzard. Worker could not understand what I was trying to order. She finally figured it out. I told her only ketchup on cheeseburger and she sighed loudly and said "now I have to delete the order and start all over!" She couldn't get my gift card to work. Then she didn't give me the drink. I reminded her of the drink and she said "you substituted a blizzard." I substituted the blizzard for the sundae like I have done many times before and always got a drink. She continued to argue and refused to give me the drink. I was also charged $11 for it instead of $9 and I got no sauce with my chicken strips basket. On top of it all, got 14 french fries in order. Yikes!
