Can’t rate the food because after almost 3 hours of waiting we still have not gotten anything. After the first hour we called and asked about it and they said they only had 2 drivers which I can understand. But then we checked the app and the tracker went down. So now we are still waiting on hold for over 30 minutes and getting no response from them they hung up not once but twice. I mean this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never left a review on anything before but this has just seriously pissed me off.

I order a pizza at 4:18pm and didn't arrive until 6:30 I called them and told me there lie in drivers I even maped it where I lminutes away even if there low in drivers it shouldn't take 2 and a half hours and good thing it got here because they message me saying the driver got lost and that they wouldn't delivered it like how are you going to get lost if you have the address on your phone

I have given this place WAY TOO MANY CHANCES. Never again. I live less than 4 miles away, which means i should get delivered HOT pizza. Not pizza that, according to the tracker, sat for 35 minutes on a quality check. Then i get it remade and resent, and its even worse than the first order! Let alone the fact that they havent delivered a decent pizza in well over a year now. Got offered credit for this order and had to demand my money back. I wont be getting anything from here again. This store needs shut down. Its an absolutely horrible store.

I ordered my food at 400 at 500 I had to call and ask what was going on, they said they were waiting on a driver. I understand that, I said okay are you going to make fresh stuff when he does get there ? Domino's said yes, I call back 20 mins later asked if I can come get it instead they said yes give us 20 mins I came at 545 .. waited 20 mins then went back up and said it should be ready... They looked around found my order that was made at 4.. and gave it to me. Didn't realize until we got home it was older...

I should have learned my lesson by now but I ordered again from them today. I ordered my food and it apparently went in for prep at 6:30pm. As I post this it's now 7:35pm and it hasn't moved from the prep stage. I called the store, got a rep who, while I can understand that they were busy, felt the need to condescend to me that they were "swamped and just did a $2000 order in the last 45 minutes" and that my food was 5th in the delivery order and would be another 35 minutes. Rather than get irate, I thanked him and hung up. They're going to get a delivery insurance claim on this as well as never getting my business again. For awhile there they seemed to be improving but the last three times I've ordered now, there's been a problem of some sort.?

I used to work at this Domino's. We prided ourselves on customer service, and good pizza. today I got absolutely opposite of that... I called in to order food, and when the coupon wouldn't work with what I ordered I begrudgingly changed my order to accommodate it. when the total didn't add up with what I ordered I question the man on the phone (The GM). When I did so I was apparently being an A** hole, so he hung up on me. I went to the store to figure out the disconnect that happened over the phone, and order food... I was hungry haha. when I got there I tried to have a conversation with the GM and he immediately shut me down. Then he brought in his attack dog which was a delivery driver. He immediately pulled the race card and threatened to call the cops, because I'm apparently a rich entitled white boy... which I'm not... I walked away after trying multiple times to share my side and de escalate the situation. I came back after the driver was gone and when I tried to talk to the GM again he once again threatened the cops, and automatically assumed I'd pull a gun on him... I didn't even have a gun on me, and if I did this would be no situation to use it, threaten it, or talk about it. I don't recommend this store... it's a problem waiting to happen and I sure hope it gets shut down. I hate to see people lose their jobs, but I also won't support a place like that in our town.

If I could leave below a 1 star I would. It’s Friday at 9:54 and they are closed. They showed opened until 1am. I’m so beyond this store not being open or not being able to deliver during delivering times. I used to work here, and it once was a well oiled machine working well. Now, it’s terrible. If you need to pay employees more to keep them on board then do it, but this is getting absolutely ridiculous!!! I won’t buy from this store again and I’ll advise anyone I talk to (which happens to be a lot of people around the area) to no order from here anymore. Get rid of the store. Let’s get someone better in this town.

Forgot cheese?? I was warned about this location. Here is a pizza that was supposed to be pepperoni and cheese and that's it. It turned out to be pepperoni sausage and of all things, they forgot to put any cheese on the pizza at all.
this place has usually been good to me. hit or miss, but usually a hit. get extra sauce or the pizzas is just to dry. I wish they would just charge more and make the pizza with enough toppings and cheese, instead of charging less and I'm not sure what I'm going to get. I could never work at a pizza place, I would so pile on toppings and get fired. :)

Waited 2 hours for a delivery. The status on the website said it was done cooking and going through a “quality check,” for 40 minutes.Then, they brought the pizza to my neighbors house, handed it to them and left before the neighbor could react. Fortunately my neighbors brought it to me.First and last time I order from this location.
