The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the owner. The workers are amazing and extremely nice but they do not get the tips from a card transaction. So basically shame on the owner/s who don't give the workers their tips. I could not believe that, even waiters get tips from cards. So full warning if you give these a guys a tip, do them a favor and give it in cash. Don't give that greedy owner anymore money than they already do from OWNING A BUSINESS. Seriously, shame.

I want to write and say I was over pleased with the service and the sandwiches I received on Sunday November 13th 2022 around 6:30 PM Both young men working at the time was pleasent as they prepared my sandwiches we talked about the Indianapolis Colts that was playing at the time We also discussed the weather and the fact day light savings time made it dark way to early.As for my sandwiches they was fantastic for awhile at alot of Subways your lucky to get a minimun of toppings Lettuce Pickles Etc. however not at this one it was great. I read some negative reviews about this Subway however will let you know in my opinon it has changed and is much much better than the older reviews

Very stingy with watered down tuna and bread was stale. Place needs to be cleaned.
1st (and last) time at this store. Portions are atrocious and the lack of customer service is unbelievable. I would have given this 2 stars, but the combo of one female worker coughing over the food (not my sandwich) and the other flat out burping made one star was unavoidable. Worth the extra few minutes to drive to the Harbourtown location.

Terrible Subway! BEWARE! They skimp on the meat unbelievable. I asked why pictures behind the owner operator look so much different then the actual sandwich? He said photos are just for picking out sandwich. I said very odd, kinda like bait and switch. Asked for ham with pepperoni and bacon (cost extra $1.95 for two punni strips of bacon. Really? I have been to this location twice before they are rip offs at thus location. $10 for a cold cut sandwich (call it a wish sandwich lol). Owner and wife very deceptive they talk about you in their foriegn language, how rude. Never again!

Placed an online order for Subway catering which was confirmed and accepted by a confirmation email to me 1 week before my party. Day of the party this location failed to make the order and consequently we had no food for the event. Terrible service, terrible reliability.
