Waitress was non existent. She barely spoke to us and spent time with everyone else, from beginning until the end! My daughters food was on a cast iron dish, the cast iron was luke warm. The couple next to us had same dish and we could here their dishes sizzling. The shrimp was cold in the middle and the chicken had so much seasoning on it she couldn't eat it. My son got the 6 Oz steak med rare... it was rare and the three cheese pasta with bacon was soured. My south west chicken was ok, but the classic appetizers were cold and old tasting. The only good thing on that plate was the quesadilla. The last three times I've been to the clarksville store it has gotten worse. I will not eat there again!

I came in and sat at the bar, there was a couple at the bar and that's it and maybe 2 tables. I waited for ten minutes before the bartender came and ask what I wanted to drink. Then another 10 minutes before he came back to take my order. After my food I needed a refill on my Pepsi and I could get anyone's attention after about 15 minutes I had to yell across the restaurant to get anyone's attention.

Food was ggood, BUT I went on my birthday and it was the middle of the week so it wasn't even that busy. But the waiter acted like it was so busy he didn't refill our drinks not even once, was very rude. When I finally did mention that it was my birthday (thinking he would at least be a little nicer) all he did was say "oh... well happy birthday but we don't have time to sing it to you, sorry." And that was it. Didn't even say anything when he would drop off the food or drink he'd just set it down and walk away. There was no "do you need anything else, does everything look okay, need refills?" None of it.Kid-friendliness: Boosters are available, but I had to hunt one down myself. Never offered or asked

NOBODY in the kitchen is wearing gloves. From the actual chefs to the prep line / servers. Would never eat here. ALSO saw staff in the kitchen with long acrylic nails, not good for health reasons.
