AMAZING!!!? give them a raise! This is the THIRD location I have visited today and the FIRST location I could actually make a purchase. Thats crazy in January when stores need the most revenue. The two women working were very professional, happy, and helpful. Owners need to see and read this review. You’ve got something rare in this day and age. I hope you value them as much as I did today. THANK YOU! I wish you many blessings.

Lady that is working there every evening is so rude!!! Always has an attitude for no reason and today she had dirt under her nails and watched her touch pretzel bites bare handed shoving them into the cups. I don’t get why she works in customer service if she is always upset. Terrible service I refuse to return.

I’ve visited here a few times in the past couple of months and each time I’m greeted with the same rude attitude by a lady. This time I told her of a reward I was given on the app and she tried to “correct” me, gave me attitude and rolled her head at me like she could care less. She then told me “it’s gonna be about 10 minutes I have to make it” in hopes it would turn me away. I stepped away and waited and in that time my reward expired after being open for 9 minutes like the app instructed. I tried to explain that to her and then her co worker informed me that it was my fault it wasn’t scanned before she went off to make the pretzel; when she in fact was the one to turn me away to wait on it.

Times need to be updated on google it says 9. But they close at 8. Absolutely ridiculous. After a long day at work all I want is my pretzel!

Incredibly rude service. I went there twice in less than 30 minutes while getting pictures at JC PENNEY, and I tried to make the same order. They gave me the wrong order. I went back 10 minutes later, waited for 10 minutes in line to talk to same employee, and they refused to reimburse me. She acted like she never served me.

We went on 7/10 around 6 something in the evening. When we went in there was water pouring off of the counter, a worker had forgotten to turn off the water, mistakes happen, no big deal. The (I am guessing) shift manager stood there and kept going on and on to belittle this worker. It was completely uncalled for. In fact it seemed as if everyone else in the store including myself felt uncomfortable as she was doing this. It was water and mistakes happen. I am not sure but the worker may have also been handicapped. Now to the next part, the pretzels were all over cooked, it tasted burnt and was hard. Our order was rang up wrong but we didn't see it until we left. The store was pretty trashed and when we arrived no one was there. We arrived at the same time as another group of customers. I just feel as if you need to treat workers more respectful. This store needs some serious work. I would use think twice before returning here.

Was there at 2pm on a Friday w my young child. Two women were working... took two minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I placed my order and they continued working on other tasks and taking a personal call on her cell phone, instead of tending to customers or getting our order. After a total of 7 minutes and still zero movement on our order- which was an in-stock cup of pretzels, we left. We drove from an Hour away and my poor kiddo was disappointed and perplexed as to why they didnt want our business. Do better, our children are always watching.

I only go auntie Anne’s In the green tree mall to see the guy with the beard. He is adorable with a nice humor. Also the pretzel are amazing

I just left the Auntie Ann's in the greentree Mall and had the BEST service. There were 3 workers and they were all so nice. Especially the sweet, beautiful woman that rang me up. The pretzels were delicious.
