Fulfilled a complicated order perfectly! Thanks!Edit: I first reviewed this location 3 years ago. Since then, the food quality has changed. The chicken is poorly seasoned compared to other locations in the Louisville area, and has started to taste very rubbery and watery. I know they are usually busy and likely have new staff, but I was disappointed as they forgot to ring me up for items I asked for in the drive through during my last couple visits. I don't mind a couple errors, but I really hope you all get a handle on your nugget/chicken quality!

Why is breakfast service different from lunch or dinner? I was able to pull up and place my breakfast order very quickly, but then came the 22 minutes of sitting in the drive thru line. When I paid and was handed my food, I received soggy hash browns and a soggy chicken biscuit. All the orders were just sitting on a table by the wide open doors getting cold. Cashier name on my receipt says Sophia, if that is who took my card and gave me my order, please talk with her to let her know how much a smile and thank you or my pleasure can go a long way. This had to be the rudest experience I have had at this location.
