The cooks are unruly and creepy towards women, and the people that take the orders don’t actually listen while taking the order. I had to explain which blizzard I wanted and which toppings I needed on my burger several times after my order was placed. Aside from pretty much a whole new team, everyone needs to slow down and actually act like they care about their jobs. I’ve seen several staff/managerial changes with the same result, so we can only assume it’s the General Manager that needs to go.

I was the only person in the store, no one was in the drive through.They had me stand there because no one was paying attention to the register. A car drove up, they waited on the car. Three (3) more cars drove up, they left me standing there. When I asked to speak with the manager, he said he told them to give priority to the drive up window. There was NO ONE ELSE BUT ME WAITING!!!!!I spend all kinds of money at that location. But now, I will drive to another location out of the neighborhood to keep from giving that location any of my money. And I will urge my family and friends to do the same thing ??

Saw a commercial that stated you get a bite of purnells sausage in every bite of gravy. So I decided to give it a shot. Huge mistake! Not one piece of sausage not even a tiny bit, not even a hint of sausage flavor. Also it was so sloppy all over the container. Just absolute garbage. This place is so nasty and mismanaged. I will never eat here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went through the drive thru to simply get a fry and pretzel sticks. Was sitting far to long for just two simple sides and then when I did receive my order the fries were cold. I informed the worker who handed me my order and she proceeded to lie and say they were fresh which I in fact let her know there's no way the cold have been fresh as cold as they were. She had me pull up to wait for fresh ones which again took longer than it was supposed to (worked in fast food before, I know the time for the fries) then proceeded to get smart with me once she brought me my order. Never again

We went through the drive thru & spent nearly $50 on Blizzards for our family (9 of us) & the majority came out super runny & made a huge mess! I was asked by someone who worked there what the problem was & I told them they were melting everywhere & making a mess. They then gave us a stack of napkins, but claimed the runniness was from the syrup in the Blizzards. ? I thought Blizzards were supposed to be able to be flipped to show how solid they were....? It's hard for a child to eat ice cream on the go if it's pouring over the edge of the cup. I personally ordered a banana split Blizzard & it was such a mess! All of the toppings were just in the top 1/4 of the Blizzard. The rest of the cup was plain vanilla ice cream because it hadn't been mixed well. I understand that things happen & I rarely leave a negative review, but after spending so much & trying to treat my family, I expect better. We won't be going back to this Dairy Queen any time soon.

We went through the drive-thru & got blizzards. He was hard to hear on the speaker as he took our order. The guy at the window acted as if he could care less to be there. He was so monotone & was just there because he had to be.
Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside pickup. When I called 15 minutes in they hadn't even seen my order. Just a combo. Seemed understaffed.

After eating at Longhorns, I love to have my Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard, and the lady was so sweet when she gave us our dessert I think I fell in love. So sweet and kind. Always love it when people are sweet at the drive-through, anything else is not good enough, thank you Dairy Queen!

Messiest shake ever!! Took over 10 min to get going through the drive through with no one in front of me. I ended up throwing it in the garbage outside the building. I fell next to the sign on the curve trying to wipe up the mess of shake that landed on my car. To take my tissues to the garbage. Wasted $5.13. Won't come here again!!! Clarksville DQ pm veterans parkway sucks big time!!

The food arrived swiftly, warm, and impressively fresh. It had a delightful messy charm to it. The employees, though I hadn't met them before, were outgoing and made me feel as if we were old friends. A truly positive experience!

My favorite restaurant! The staff is hands down the best in the fast food industry. They go out of their way to make your experience amazing each and every time. The food is always hot and fresh. Mornings are enjoyable getting to see these awesome and beautiful people, I would have it any other way.
