I was sent a coupon for my birthday meal and the code didn't work when trying to order online. I tried calling the location - for three different days - and the phone was never answered. I then visited the location and the girl said the coupon wouldn't work. She gave no alternative and wouldn't give a phone number for me to call (anyone) to ask about the coupon. She was also outside sitting in her car when I arrived (may have been on break) and was the only employee/person in the place. (She said a cook was there too). No wonder this place is always deserted - coupons don't work, other complaints about bad food, poor service when you get inside. I try to give some leeway these days to staff shortages but at least be helpful if you are there working!

i was an employee there. My first week i show up for work at 8am. The place was closed with not a soul in sight. I wait roughly 30 minutes in 18 degrees weather. I went back home. I call and get no answer. I go to work the next following day and manager acts like as if nothing ever happened or cared. After 3 weeks i get laid off without any warning. I call to the manger Savannah to see what's going on but turns her phone off. I call the restaurant and she puts the phone off hook. Place is an absolute joke. Don't eat here or apply to work here. There are way better & more reliable jobs out there.

Great place to go in the morning, if you want to stand in a dirty lobby for 5 minutes.Went in, straw wrappers and dirt the moment you walk through the door. Stood waiting to be seated for 5 minutes while listening to employees gripe about something in the back, while the one customer in the place looked regretful he was there. Left and went to Bob Evans almost within spitting distance, the place was nice, clean, and I was seated and had my order in in literally less than 2 minutes.I typically love a Denny's, but that place needs new management or something. Avoid.

This place needs to be shut down or taken over by new management. Because of the service I received, I’ll never eat at dennys again. This experience was awful. I placed an online order and not only did they not give me what I asked for, they also didn’t include the milkshake I ordered and instead of offering a refund, they told the DoorDash delivery person to call me and notify me. Then once I received my food, it was not correct at all. I tried calling but no answer so I had to leave my home, after ordering delivery for a reason, and head to the restaurant. After asking for the manager I was sent a shift lead who knew absolutely nothing about the refund protocol or anything really. She said she was the manager but there’s no way and if so that explains everything (one of the employees maybe it was her, not sure, but they brought their kids to work) && not only did I not receive a refund (it’s supposedly pending after requesting it 3 weeks ago) but they “corrected” part of my order, but really they just threw away the hash browns and threw my sandwich on the grill. I knew because the sandwich still had hash browns inside which those weren’t even suppose to be on there. The customer service received was awful, the food awful, resolution awful. Here’s the photos, first is what I ordered-grand slam & then what I received first and then what I received after. Yes I ate the fries because I was starving and didn’t notice the hash browns inside the sandwich until after.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. This location had an issue with employee walkout. Understandable. Not upset about the wait time, which was over an hour. What I am absolutely LIVID with is the fact that we only got half of our food because they were out of potatoes. No substitution was given. And the worst part... the part that has my blood absolutely boiling is the fact my children were given ROTTEN grapes. I don't care what is going on in the kitchen this unbelievable. Shameful. There is mold on these grapes. Who in the world would think that is okay to give to someone? Much less on a child's meal. I have never been this upset with a resturaunt in my life.

They seem to not have enough staff on a Sunday lunch day. One server working as host, waiter and buser. Despite this, he did an excellent job. However, we waited awhile for our food and some drinks and menu items were "out of stock". Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Clearly this place needs more staff to do a better job, and those here seemed to be working very hard. Food was delicious, I would not recommend eating here, unless you have a lot of time.

I hate leaving reviews with this low of a rating, and the only reason its not a 2 star is because the staff was very friendly and its most likely not their fault. With that being said, I wanted to dine in, but they were only doing to go orders. Not an issue, I ordered to go, the food came out in a timely manner but was a little well done for my taste (eggs and French toast). They had a bit of a mix up at the register and then dropped a bomb... No plastic ware. Between the register issue and my ride back to my hotel ( on a road trip) my food was cold by the time I ate it. Plastic ware would have really helped here.

There were 2 tables there when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. 2 more people came in. After 25 minutes of waiting for their order to be taken they walked out. The group of 6 walked out right after because they had been there an hour without refills or food. They were out of a lot of things. The waitress forgot what I ordered and brought the wrong omelet to me. We were there for 2 hours.

Waited over 10 minutes to be seated. Wasn't even acknowledged when the employee came out to confirm orders with three delivery drivers. The 4 of us were the only customers in the building. She went back to the kitchen without even a look to me so I left.

I wish I could give zero stars. My son and I went to the Denny’s in Clarksville on Christmas Day. Several tables had customers that were eating. The hostess came up and said we are only doing carry out. I asked why. I said others are dining in. She said we have a new cook and the kitchen is backed up with take out orders so you can’t dine in. ? She said it was a management decision. I will not be back. We went to Waffle House and it was packed and had no problem getting served. Get it together, Denny’s!

Had my order all wrong ordered bone steak hash browns (burnt so crispy couldn't eat them didn't get the corn I ordered for the other side oh and got a sirloin instead of tbone husband got the American diner burger and seasoned fries also did I mention I put my online order in at 530 got my food at 730

Unfortunately I believe this location is probably understaffed. We went in on Saturday only saw one employee. Most of the tables had not been cleaned off there were stacks of dirty dishes and half eaten food on most of the open tables which most of the dining room was open. When the one employee in the building came go great us she was kind enough to warn us that the kitchen was way behind and it would be at least a 45 min wait for food once we ordered. We decided to leave. Not holding it against them as I think the people who were there were doing their best but if there is one cook and one other individual in the building you should probably just not open.

We get our food and I question my food because it was not the same as I had gotten at other Denny but the waitress assured me it was correct, it wasn’t but I didn’t complain I ate it any way. This was the last time we seen our waitress during our visit, no follow up no drink refills. I got up to use the restroom and I almost threw up walking in there. Toilet paper all over the walls and floor. None in the dispenser. A wet floor sign in the sink paper towel holder was empty and half hanging on the wall. I got my wife and we paid our bill which we never got I hadn’t to tell waitress #2 what I ordered so she could ring me up. I told my wife if that is what the bathrooms looked like I could not imagine what the kitchen looked like. I have been to better gas station facilities. I will never eat here a again and I hope the state board of health drops in to see this mess. This was at 9 am this morning.

Fast service with a smile. Went around 4 pm with no wait and food was prepared and served quickly. Really enjoyed the experience.
