I ordered curbside pickup since I was on my way home from work. The timing and so forth were on point but when I got home I was really disappointed with my buffalo wings. It looked like regular wings with sauce dazzled over the chicken leaven more that 1/2 not covered in buffalo sauce. Really sad.

I love ordering from Domino's Pizza! We order here at least once every couple weeks. The food is hot and tasty when it arrives; the rewards system is pretty good, but I wish you could get more than just 10 points for ordering. Also, the staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful. We usually have our food delivered, so I can't say much about the people who work in the store, but the delivery people are pretty awesome! ❤️?

I ordered from there because it's the closest one to me and unfortunately I don't have the option for delivery. I'm always told I don't have that option in my neighborhood which is ridiculous if you offer a delivery service. I went to pick up my food and was told by the worker that the delivery driver accidentally too my order and they just began remarking my food. I ordered my food online my number and email address was available, but they didn't try reaching out to me to make me aware of the issue. Never was I given an apology or offered anything for what happened. I had to wait there an additional 30 minutes or so and when my food was ready the worker who gave me my food who knew why I was waiting there told me how lucky I was to get my food hot and fresh, but still no apology. I ended being late for work and I was working from home that day. Then when I opened the pizza one of them was not even cut. I filled a complaint and was given a case ID and was told I'd be reached out to and never did that happen. I'd never go to that location again though it's the closest one to me and just based off of the complaint process I don't know if I'd ever order from domino's again. I was never reached out to them to see if my case was resolved they probably just closed the case. Customer service is big for me I want to know I'm valued as a customer and I don't get that from my experience. Honestly I wouldn't have been as annoyed as I was if they would have just acknowledged the mistake and offered an apology. Instead it was just what it was.

We ordered pasta and a salad. The pasta was half empty when we opened the bowl. The sandwich was 3/4 bread. The delivery took 35 minutes and we live 5 minutes from the store.

Matthew said he delivered our food knocked on the door and sat it outside he never didWe sat out side of the door and we also have a neighbor right across from us with a camera to prove it

Service was a little.slow, but.not.super.bad, but the chicken wasn't.crispy.as.advertised, only thing crispy was a.small.bit of burnt cheese, ordered one of the.pizzas with extra sauce and cheese and got neither!!! Barely any sauce at all on it and cheese was less than the other pizza we ordered with regular cheese, yet we were charged for it!!!! Plus their specials advertised are not.explained on how to get.tnem,.so was.charged 55.00 for 2.medium.pizzas and a chicken and stuffed bread!!!! Won't be going back to.dominos ever,.stopped going there years ago after.tney. changed their sauce and.cheese and this visit was.amremknder.of.wjy I stopped going there, and now will never go there again,!!!!!!!!!r
