The best deal for Italian food, won't find a better price anywhere else. I can tell how much care they have put into I proving their menu items and overall I was impressed by the food and the great customer service.

Very nice selection. Food tasted like it was hot and fresh. Order was made correctly for all 5 in our party. Brought it to our table and came around and asked if we wanted more bread a couple times. Even let us take an order of bread home.

A pretty good experience, both me and my mother got the Choose two deal, which is smaller portions, however it was fairly priced and tasted great. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, I have always had good experiences with this location.My only gripe was that we had to find a table that wasn't wobbly but seating was plentiful so it wasn't an issue.Vegetarian options: It's pasta with your choice of sauce.Parking: Parking lot is smaller than most but has never been an issue finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: Fazoli's is a family friendly restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at front door

The food was super tasty and fresh. Ordered ahead online and was able to grab my food in the drive
I went in and got the sampler platter which pre-pandemic was a really decent size meal, but now in 2024 a McDonald Happy meal is just as filling.Not much food for the price. Had to go up twice to get breadsticks just to finish getting full.I was rather disappointed with fazoli's.
Was there Saturday and witnessed a (female ) manager screaming at what looked like another manager (male). I heard him multiple times trying to get her to go back to the office to speak with him and she wouldn’t do it. At one point even calling him a fa•. She even told this young man she was going to do everything she could to get him fired. In my opinion it shouldn’t be his job in jeopardy it should be hers. I had my 2 small children with me and this is very unexceptable. I give props to the young man for even after being called names and being screamed at he kept his composer and kept a level head the entire time. Shame on you to this female manager no matter the situation that was NOT the way to handle things.
