Don't order from here. The manager just lied to me about the tracker, stating that it only works when you use the app, except I just used the tracker on my online order last week. A former driver told me a new manager came in and fired everyone... seems like a bad idea. Today I was told they have 1 driver & 5 orders but with such a small delivery radius why does it take over an hour to deliver a sandwich to someone less than 2 miles away even with 4 other orders? When I try to track my order it says complete, which means they marked it in their system as if it were delivered so that it still looks like it's freaky fast & now I have no way of knowing when my food will be here. The manager is a liar & they falsify information so that their superiors don't see that they're slackers & liars. AVOID THIS PLACE & just order from Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches came after 1 hour & 15 minutes & one was missing lettuce, when I called the manager just kept making excuses telling me the amount of orders he had etc he almost cried on the phone due to 'anxiety'. If the owner reads this he should reevaluate that manager, if you cry over criticism you don't belong in the food service industry

I used to beat on this store for its service and speed but never again. Today will be my last time going to Jimmy John's.

I am 1.4 miles from the Charlestown Rd store and they told me to call State street which is much farther away. State Street says call Vereran’s parkway which is 1.7 miles from me. So now I’m told I am in a dead zone and cannot be delivered to. Seriously Jimmy John’s this is rediculous!

Excellent sandwich shop located conveniently with other shops and stores. We also order through the drive thru quite often. The store is clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful!

They were kinda rude and refused to give my husband a cup of mayo . It taste different the the packets and all of the other jjs give us cups so I didn't see what the problem was. I will drive over to 10th street from now on even tho this one is closest .

Food is always good, just don't order delivery. The driver put my food & drink on the ground directly in front of my door (right in front of a table & huge chair. Don't know why they couldn't put it up) so that was a struggle getting the drink with barely opening the door. Ants were crawling all over the bag and cup, and also the cup has soda all over it and has 1/4 gone. They said they can only give $5 credit, which I don't think is good enough but it's all good I guess. Not the best J.J. experience I've had. New Albany is definitely the better location.

Awful...AWFUL "veggie" sandwich. First off, WOULD IT KILL YOU TO PUT AN EXTRA TOMATO OR TWO ON IT? Second, MAKE WHAT I ORDERED. Is there a single person who thinks a paltry amount of lettuce and some cheese is any sort of meal. I ordered all the fixings and got none. What a dreadful place. Back to Panera.Vegetarian options: Non-existent.

Love JJ! I always get their unwashed spicy East coast as a post workout meal. My other favorite is their sliced pickle as well. I love the positivity and humor signs on the wall. This place has the best bread as well.

Ok I got the original Italian 14in extra meat sub with veggies it was seasoned a well I said throw everything in it let me tell u one of my top subs worth the price that sub is more than 2 meals In one I just wish they would add pastrami to there menu..Vegetarian options: They have veggie items to order there good

Great food, friendly staff member. I was here a month ago and found they had only one employee working while another was delivering sandwiches. Our sandwiches took near 30 min. Back again tonight and the same staffing pattern. Same to experience. I hope management adjusts staffing pattern to support service experience. I will go somewhere else…
