The Clarksville Indiana Kroger is a very unfriendly store....I asked the Shift person at the area the customer checks themselves out....I asked why the customer service area was closed....The same thing happened at another store the night before.....I was interrupted and was treated very bad...I've only spent money here all of my life.....I the store manager that it was a shame he had to hire from the bottom of the bucket because there was no one else....I could tell by his expression that I was right...

The store manger is unstable and shouldn’t be working with people ! They once again for the 7th time in a roll messed up my pick up order ! I’m a single mom and usually drive across town to pick up groceries at the other Kroger because that’s how terrible they are at this store . Well once again they messed up order and had to re ring it in. Well it went from 42$ to 69$ and they didn’t think to stop and ask why it almost doubled in price . So they took it upon them selfs to charge my card for the 70$. I tell them I don’t want it and the lady just kept packing them in my car and literally walked away. I go into to grind manger and the lady who unpacked my groceries runs over and starts saying stuff to the manger I’m talking to. One that’s tacky to do . 2 the manger was worse then her. He then tells me no I can’t get my money back and says leave before I call The cops . I’m pretty sure they were just to lazy to put food back up. It’s really sad they have this store manger running this Kroger . I will take my money else where and will be telling family and friends as well. So I hope Kroger is happy losing thousands upon thousands of dollars a year from me . I have 4 hungry kids who eat up food. So sad he would rip off a single mom . Shame on him. And I will not stop until he gets talked to. Apparently when I called Jeff store to talk to manger he made it seem like this happens all the time . Doesn’t shock me he was a quack and honestly he scared me to death.

Good store and have lots of fresh items. I kind of like this layout compared to other Krogers in the area. They seem to have a little more selections then some of the other stores. The food area and produce always seems to be fresh and good looking. I think they take care of the produce area quite readily. The people working there are always smiling and helpful. This included some of the stocking personnel. Seem to always be ready to help you out if your looking for something. One thing I wished is if you search a product it will tell you the location as some other local store have started doing. I think they feel you might buy less if you know right where it is, but if I have more time, I browse more and probably buy more, imho. Smile!

This may sound like I'm the bad guy but imagine having a whole liquor section and it NEVER being open? Why not open the alcohol section if y'all have one? I just don't understand. Kind of sad if ya ask me, or else y'all would be the best store around but pretty freaking lame lol

Kroger has some of the nicest produce and meats, but I wish they'd open a salad bar, there is room to do so, and I know people would purchase salads for lunch and a quick dinner, especially in the summer time. There are no salad bars in any grocery stores in BG and there should be....store is clean, and they do have a lot of different products, love their shaved beef for cheese steaks, always buy our Christmas Prime Rib here...I just love the store.

Terrible service with a pickup order. We placed an order for $300 and were unable to pick it up due to the store canceling it. We received an email at 4pm for our time slot of 4pm-5pm saying they were canceling our order. We then placed another order for the next day and they did the same thing. I understand being understaffed but at least call or email the 2 hours ahead of time letting us know our order was cancelled. On top of it because the order was cancelled we xouldnt just go back into the app and redo the exact order over again and pick another store. I will not be shopping this store again for pickup as the associate in pickup was no help when we called about it either.

service desk has been closed on my fourth vist over a 2 month period. but as you can imagine cigarettes are still being sold! the pathetic joke of a so called manager" joe" found it more important to make terrible excuses and be dismissive to me only to find his priorities on putting out the same 300 can of whatever on the shelf. my guess is he was either too stupid or too lazy to be able to run the service desk himself, instead he found common sense in doing the task of a 15 year old stock boy.

the fact you all close at 10 pm. you are making it incredibly hard for people who work late to get groceries . the meijers down the road is now almost double packed between the hours of 10-12. I'm not exactly sure who came up with this but you all are going to loose money and customers

pay your employees a decent liveable wage, then maybe you can find workers. as a corporation you boomed during the pandemic and you can't pay people over 11 dollars

Michelle P was outstanding on my Kroger app order. She listed options when an item needed replaced and kept me updated when there was just two lanes open at the time my order was ready for check out. She was so nice and helpful and just went above and beyond. Some of us still work from home due to covid so we miss out on that social interaction and it was just so heartwarming to get to meet this beautiful soul in person. She has the kind of customer service and pride in her job that is so rare and it was just a truly wonderful shopping experience because of her. Thank you and God bless.

Would not order birthday cakes here. Not once but twice in one year they have not made cake at all. Both times I found out when I go to pick it up. Store manager is not professional at all. The excuse was day before they lost power. and when asked why someone call to let us know cake wouldn't be ready. He was disrespectful and said what you want me to do about it. We don't have time for that and I had more important things to worry about. If you don't have time to take care of customers then I don't need to be your customer then. Might want to pick their leadership people better.
