Hair in pizza ruined the whole night . Made my girl sick & pissed with me for not reading the reviews. Apparently they’re very unsanitary.

Hair was baked into my pizza crust. I will never eat at any papa Johns again because they do NOT wear hairnets. It’s my husband’s fault too for not reading the reviews. According to other reviews they don’t even wash their hands. Had he paid attention to the 2 stars on Yelp I wouldn’t have got sick last night.

got an order of breadstick plain on feb4,2024. got it carryout and when i opened the box it had 7 stick, 1 half stick, and 2 golf ball size sticks. i went back in to the store to ask why it was this way and her answer was you get 8-10 sticks with an attitude. maybe because i didnt tip but i showed them online you get 10stick, not 8 and 2 balls. f this place and their lame service

If you want pizza you are better off finding somewhere else. The last couple times I have ordered from there, I have had some sort of issue. One night on in store pick up myself and 7 others stood there in line because the female with long reddish hair with blonde streaks thought it was more important to put labels on boxes, then to make things even better she wanted to have an attitude, but when the GM was emailed, she did not even care to respond so clearly the careless attitude goes further tan just the store. Then there is the issue of their food in general. They cannot cut a pizza to save their life and apparently there is also a bread dough shortage because they went from having long breadsticks actually looked like breadsticks, to now they look more like short stubby fingers. Look at the picture. Lastly, hope you do not expect an actual driver from the company to deliver because they apparently cannot afford to hire drivers since they seem to only use door dashers as their delivery drivers. Order number was 012324 on Taylor Dr. just incase the corporate geniuses actually want to take the time to look in to this store and correct or replace the entire team (replacing them would be the best option) at that location on E. Lewis and Clark in Clarksville, IN.

I literally just ordered pizza 1204 thru Uber eats, today, they told my driver it was CANCELLED...I never cancelled ANYTHING, driver text me thru msg...she was there..WHY?...I PAID 27. AND CHANGE plus Tipped, mind u I'm STARVING, APPETITE RUINED....

Never have any problems walk in grab pizza walk out. Pizza was hot and yummy like always.
Horrible experience. I ordered a decent size order. A $45 order, before delivery charges and tip. Told them online when I ordered to please bring change for a $100 bill. (Unfortunately all the bank had at the close of day). So I wait 30 mins for my food. Driver shows up to then tell me they don't have enough change for the $100 bill. Didn't call or anything until they showed up. Won't recommend this location at all. And if Papa Johns went to only using Crapdash, oh sorry Doordash, they have definitely lost a customer.

The last few times I have order at this location the pizza was made with no effort whatsoever. The pizza wasn’t cut and they didn’t put light on sauce like I asked. And when it is cut they cut it so uneven it seems like a little kid cut. If your thinking about ordering papa John’s just go get frozen
