I miss Rooster's so much, the best pizza and wings around here. Everything I've ordered from here has been delicious and the waitresses provide the best customer service I've experienced at any restaurant in the area. I hope they rebuild and I hope that the employees are doing well during this time!

Everything is basic. A quesidilla, is in fact not even close to authentic. I got a veggie sub and they forgot 3 ingridents.. I told the server I wasnt paying for food not made right, the manager took it off.. but NEVER came over, said sorry, asked how he could fix it, NOTHING. They wasnt even packed.. i wont ever come back here! Stick to Roosters on Preston in Louisville.

There was a bit of a wait, but they were pretty busy. The boneless chicken wings were good, but the potato wedges didn't taste fresh. Would still go back.

Ace is a great server. Even when the place is packed she gets you refills and keeps your beer full. As I’ve said before the wings are enormous and freshly cooked. They will come out hot to your table.Best wings in the state.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the Mac and cheese bites, pizza and burgers.Parking: Plenty of spots, it’s next to the mall.

After refusing to eat here for the past 5+ years because of horrible service and unsatisfactory food, we opted to give it another try based on reviews. Bad idea. The homemade dressings are weak, watered down and flavorless. Our server was slow, unattentive, and rude. Salads aren't generally served at the same time as the entree, but ours were. I believe she forgot about them. When asked for more sauce for the wings, she argued with my husband instead of bringing him more. When we finally saw her again to ask for sauce, as his "medium buffalo" wings were flavored mostly with oil, again she refused, insisting that there was indeed buffalo sauce on them, that their sauce is "watered down." She then brought a BBQ sauce just so he would have some flavor. We were never offered a refill on our drinks. We will not be returning again.

Excellent food and service. Large servings and, of course, enough take home portions for another small meal.Server was very attentive.

Popular sports bar and restaurant, plenty of TVs all over the place, fun atmosphere with great service. Food value is very good, from a price and quality standpoint. Many options on the menu. Not just a chicken finger and wing joint.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly with a kid friendly menu.Parking: Plenty of parking near the front entrance.

We typically enjoy our visits to Roosters, however this last time was disappointing. The ladies restroom was a total disaster! We ordered garlic cheesy bread, only to have them come out several minutes later to tell us they didn't have any. We then ordered cheese sticks, they came out so overcooked that there wasn't any cheese inside them. Placed our entree order, they come out several minutes later to tell us theres no buffalo mac and cheese. Place another order for a bbq burger. The rest of us get our food (which was good) while one of us has nothing. We were all done when the bbq burger arrived.....with no bbq?‍♀️The waitress was fantastic and none of this was her fault. We may give it another shot someday.

Put this place on your restaurant rotation. The facility is sparkling clean the servers are attentive and the food was excellent. Price was just fine for proportions. We had chicken wings and they were a huge step above the other wing joints in town. We will be back!

We dine here all of the time. Food is always amazing! Service is excellent. Plus you can bring your dog and sit on the patio and enjoy the weather, food and great company.

It was alright, not great. Buffalo cauliflower was gross, buffalo wings tasted like butter, salt, and oil. Wedgie salad was great. Our server was trying to keep up with a lot of tables and was visibly tired, but had a great sense of humor about things.

My husband recently traveled to Louisville for work. While he was there, he checked out this restaurant for a late lunch one day. He had the fried chicken sandwich. He said the sandwich was very good and that the staff was great. The menu had a lot to offer, but he's a big fried chicken fan and so he automatically gravitated toward the sandwich. He said the staff was friendly and courteous, as well as very helpful. They answered all of his questions and made him feel very welcome. The restaurant was clean and ran smoothly. The wait staff seemed to know what they were doing, and were very efficient! If you're looking for a solid meal in a clean and friendly restaurant, you cannot go wrong if you go to Roosters!

I'm a fan of Roosters, frequenting a couple of them on the Louisville side of the river. This was our first time at the Clarksville location and it holds up well with the other Roosters. We ordered several items. A large garden salad, large enough for two, was served cold, crisp and fresh. My wings with Dry Dry Rub were, as expected, were perfect. I don't think anyone serves larger wings. My wife's Cajun grilled chicken fingers were surprisingly large, moist and tasty. A half order, with salad and other sides and she was stuffed. The meal broke down with what Roosters calls Onion Petals. Lots of coating, focusing on crunch over flavor. Disappointing. I'm sure there was some onion slices in there. I'll stick with fries next time. Our other mistake was the buffalo cauliflower. Think it's a healthy alternative to fries? Think again. Cauliflower, covered in a buffalo coating and deep fried. Yes, it had flavor. It had crunch. And with a magnifying glass you might even find a little cauliflower. Again, we'll take a hard pass on it next visit. One day, I'll break away from my wings and try something else on the menu. Most every main course from Roosters looks like a winner, but the sides need to step up their game.
