Went through drive-through, they fix the sandwich incorrectly, rather than make one properly they tried to give us a cup of condiments when we wouldn’t take that they took our food back and added condiments to the sandwich that was old and then brought it back out as a new one

I have not dined in at S&S for some time. This is obviously the new standard. I like diners. I just do not care for this.You seat yourself, place your order at a kiosk, get your food when your name is called, get your own refills, and take care of your trash. This is not a diner anymore.As a fast food spot, it's OK. It's slower, similar quality, and will cost a bit more.On a final note, we ordered a shake. They put a hole in the bottom of the styrofoam cup, and, rather than replacing it, they just put the first cup into a second cup. We thought it was a mistake and started to lift it out until we realized the reason.

I'm not sure if I like the whole idea of ordering at a kiosk other than I guess that took out the bad service I encountered some times but instead of prices being lower it has increased. Not sure if I will be a regular customer.

Good prices, fast service, clean tables, friendly staff..... the best Steak n Shake I've been to since they redesigned their menu and ordering at kiosks..... I always order the $ special double cheeseburger and fries (no bun, so it comes in a bowl), it's always a fast meal, on the go, gluten-
Food was good. But I had to order from a kiosk. For drinks, you had to scan your drink ticket to get a drink or refill. I get itl; it's great in theory, but it slows down the whole process of ordering food.

We went here for a late lunch and I got the garlic double cheeseburger and it was mouthwatering.I liked the flavor of it and I loved the old style building.I also got cheese fries and a oreo shake,the cheese fries and the shake were to die for.I also did gave a 10% tip and it was worth the drive.I will be looking forward to come back some time.Parking: There was a lot of parking spaces available.Kid-friendliness: They had kids menus and a claw machine.Wheelchair accessibility: They had a ramp.
