Hate to give bad reviews but this place needs a facelift. Positive, the viewing quality is great from so many screens and bathrooms seem clean. The negative it’s a very depressing atmosphere. I get it’s an otb but how about some customer service. Couple of the chairs are worn and need to be replaced. More food options would be a plus as well. I’ll go back but only because it’s the only one

Watch out for Clarksville Cops. They pull people over all the time.Its a quick easy way to make a bet. Go early

Black people stay on machines for ever just looking at there phones. Put a time limit on the machines. Lots of people have stop coming.

On Monday through Thursday the horse racing cashier leaves at 8pm. They still simulcast races until 10pm. If you win a race after 8pm there is no way to cash your ticket, and the automatic ticket casher is always down. Should be illegal to take bets with no way to cash them.

They need to have a time limit on the kiosk and only one person at a time. So many times a guy will beon the kiosk and here comes their buddies gathering around and making their bets. They have the sheets upfront pick your games before you get on the kiosks
