“Had the deep dish pepperoni pizza delivered while visiting family. It was very, very good. Even the leftovers went down deliciously the next day. Highly recommend!”

“We were in town for a quick visit and wanted to treat my Dad and step Mom to a nice dinner. There were 5 in our party and 4 of us ordered a steak dinner. It was seasoned well and cooked to specification. Side salad, coleslaw and waffle fries were all enjoyed. Spaghetti dinner was also ordered. She said it was good. It came with a piece of garlic bread. I was surprised that no side salad came with it though.”

“Now, this is an absolute gem of a place in downtown Columbia City! If you've been to Bimi Bistro in Fort Wayne, you'll find much of the menu is nearly identical. However, Tokyo has a wide selection of sushi, the restaurant interior is larger, the vibe is magnified, and the portion sizes are larger. The tempura breading also has a tad more crunch and seasoning than Bimi Bistro (which we also love!). The service was also impeccable.If you're passing through CC, Tokyo Restaurant is a *must stop* location. I'd even say it's worth the drive all by itself.”

Service is quite good. We will surely return again and again!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are clearly labeled and adjustments to menu items are not a problem for the staff here.Dietary restrictions: Staff are helpful and flexible with food restrictions of all sorts, definitely.Kid-friendliness: The front end of the restaurant is separated from the bar in the back end, and I typically see families seated at the front. They have options for kids on the menu and the staff are kind and considerate.”

“For starters, came here for a morning date.I got the Bacon Apple Grilled Cheese, I know that sounds off the wall but it was so GOOD.(Mozzarella, bacon, grilled apple slices on too of apple butter)They had recently changed the menu, so their french toast wasn’t on the menu anymore like the online menu mentioned. However, the manager overheard that conversation and said she could make it. Their willingness to accommodate was appreciated :)Also bought some chocolate covered goodies from their fudge bar.Buckeyes,sea salt caramel chocolates,chocolate covered nutter butters,Chocolate covered oreos,Chocolate turtles,And the Amaretto chocolates were good.I’m looking forward to coming again.”

“I've been here twice and it's been great both visits. Hubby and I try to eat very low carb and I really like the grilled chicken breast with double green beans. The liver and onions comes highly recommended from the husband. The kids chicken tender meal is huge, two big pieces of chicken and a very generous serving of French fries. They like having it at home reheated in the air fryer. But the real star is the cheeseburger pizza. My 17 year old son said it's the best thing he's ever eaten.”

“Hadn't been here since my childhood but decided to take advantage of a beautiful day. They have a good view of the lake, our server was great, and the food was good. I ordered the fish basket. The fish had great tasting breading and it came out hot. I'm not a thick fry person but the crispness of them was perfect. I'll definitely come back, gotta try the brisket poutine that they were out of.”
