New ownership has taken over the bakery. Pies are not the same quality.Not the same friendly people. Not worth the price they are charging. Paid 50 dollars for 2 pies. Was going to purchase a sugar pie but it was dark with way too much cinnamon. Butterscotch pie was very liquid you could not cut into pieces. Pie crust was very hard. Meringue was hard. Called to complain and they had a bad attitude. New policy to charge a convenience fee of 3 per cent. That should be a cost for doing business. Most people do not carry that much cash.nu

Last week I sent a message inquiring if there were any carrot cakes ready for pick up. Although there were none ready for pick up, they quickly responded with an offer to make one for me to pick up before they closed. I greatly appreciated this as I dropped the ball on making my own carrot cake as I do for my fiancé almost every year on his birthday. The cake was delicious! We are still enjoying it almost a week later!

Oh, my goodness! Cherry pie last week (flakiest crust ever) and pecan sticky rolls today. (My husband says they are the best he's eaten.) Such a great bakery with friendly people. Highly recommend!
