I go to this location as much as I can, and it's always excellent, but I'm writing in today, 4/3, because your manager, Hailey(sp?), was SO kind when I called before opening to ask if you guys had seen my wallet. I wasn't even sure I misplaced it there, just knew it was gone. She was sympathetic, offered to take my name to see if anyone else knew where it was, and was just a great human to me. Thanks again!

Pretzel breadsticks were good, but had them NOT give us the beer cheese and honey mustard that the appetizer COMES with. Instead, just wanted queso cheese instead, and server said no problem and NOTHING else. BUT...got the bill and charged me an extra $4.00 dollars for the queso cheese! WHAT?! Told server to let manager know that I wasn't happy with that charge, and guess what, manager decided to not even show up to our table, let alone, try and make it a positive experience.Probably won't be back.
Called ahead and was told no reservation and no wait come on in. Then inside was told no there is a 25min wait and to put my name down. Real cute applebees then proceeded to drive to another applebees 45mins away and the food was actual garbage,riblets had so many bones it was inedible and the chicken wings were the worst quality chicken I've seen.

Saturday evening January 20th, 2024 sign on door saying closed with no reason or when they might reopen. ?. Disappointed and won't be excited to say "let's have Applebee's this evening " in the future, because I'm not sure if they will even be open after driving over. Mark it off my ever shortening list of decent places to eat in Columbus.

The food was excellent. I'm assuming the server that was there was the only one working. So everything was a bit slow. We got our food and was told my fries would be out in a minute, but here's your main dish, so it didn't get cold waiting for the fries. Not knowing I was doing a review and needed my whole order so I could take a picture. So I waited for over five minutes and had no fries or mention of them, so I started my meal without them. I never received them!!Parking: Tons of spots
