I ordered around 5pm, was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:27, was not ready the first time we came at 5:30, so we went back and my fiancé waited over 30 minutes just to realize when we got home that they didn't put in our fries, a third of our order. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning back, as this is not the first incident.

Visited for lunch and the manager who was running the register was rude as well as the woman handing the food out. The beef and cheddar I ordered was inedible as the top and bottom buns were soggy like raw dough and my French fries were overcooked and hard. The lobby was far from clean.
