Turnips to the male employee that was rude to my wife when her sandwich wasn't made correctly. Lunch rush or not, don't take your frustrations out on her. Also thumbs down for 15 minute wait time, missing items, and allover bad service.

Our family usually eats at this restaurant following church. I was an observer last Sunday to another customer. The manager, I believe, called out the name Karen twice and food remained on the counter. Later a gentleman approached the counter asking about his food. He gave his name and they said they didn’t have an order by that name. They only had one for Karen that had not been claimed. He obviously was not Karen. They opened the sack to look at the order. It was in fact his order. However they continued to ask him why he didn’t come and claim the food. He tried to explain that his name was not Karen but the question was repeated several times. By the time he asked about it the food in the sack was cold. The manager never apologized for the mistake nor did she offer to make fresh food for that customer. She turned and yelled at the customer, “You have your food! Now take it and go! “. I have never seen this particular person act so mean and disrespectful to a customer. I don’t care to go back to this Arby's location any time soon.

Just tried the Classic cheesestake. After tax for 2 of them was 16.57.I wouldn't recommend wasting my money on them there wasn't any meat on it and it was all pretty much just cheese and peppers.No meat and all cheese made it completely inedible. I'm talking maybe 4-5 little pieces of stake the size of a quarter or nickel. And that was it on the whole sandwich. Pathetic!!!What they make and sell no way comes close to the picture at all.

I am an Arby's fan, but this had to have been the worst one I have been to in a long time. My boneless wings were not fully cooked, luckily I noticed before swallowing and spit out the uncooked chicken. Fries were undercooked as well.They also had the lobby music way too loud...

I could say so much but really the main reason I’m leaving the review is because I asked for my French dip sub to be toasted. Which they used to always come toasted. The lady told me no that they don’t do that anymore. What happened to pleasing the costumer? Providing excellent costumer service? It’s not that big of a deal to do it. I’m about over going to Arby’s all together everytime I like something they take it away the toasted French dip subs used to be my favorite but honestly since they stopped roasting them the truth is they just suck!

Ordered the steakhouse burger combo did not know it came raw in the inside staff and mgnt said it comes like that there is no advertisement it is raw in middle it totally grossed me out ruined my lunch break there should be a pic of pink part showing you otherwise I would've ordered well done I already took bite and swallowed didn't see it was raw til next bite which I did not take that next bite they gave me my money back
